Holiday home Au Pin is located 700 m above one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Lingueglietta was included in the illustrious circle of "Borghi più belli d' Italia", the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, in 2011. You can easily reach a restaurant, a pizzeria, a coffee bar and the well-stocked village shop on foot.
The holiday home is surrounded by greenery. Behind the ground begins untouched mountain nature, only a narrow little village road leads up here and then further over the passes into the Maritime Alps. Here you have unlimited possibilities to enjoy the original nature of Liguria.
Very impressive is the wide sea view from the outdoor area with brick barbecue in front of the house and the roof terrace. You can see over the village and the coastal towns across the whole bay, on clear days you can even see as far as Corsica here.
The house itself is furnished in a functional and friendly way. The large patio doors open directly onto the greenery and let plenty of light into the living space. Inside you will find a large, bright kitchen-living room with a fitted kitchen and a comfortable sofa with satellite TV. From the living room you enter the bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and the modern shower room with washing machine. An ideal place for nature lovers looking for peace and quiet to spend a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle!

Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet.
A very friendly contact by phone until handover.
The house is functionally furnished and we didn't miss anything.
Our landlady provided us with a detailed travel guide from A-Z (insider tips, weekly markets, emergency numbers, veterinarians, clinics, sightseeing, restaurants, etc.), simply unique and for that a big THANK YOU.
We will definitely come back.
The drive from the valley winds through many serpentines and it takes a little while until you finally arrive.
Our dog also felt very well taken care of!
