We had a beautiful view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. The sea view is always beautiful as well.

We are repeat offenders and have been to Sterflat 199 on the 8th floor several times. Great view even from the breakfast table. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the beach and a few minutes from the town. Nice layout and well equipped.

As always in the Sterflat, a great location and view. Very close to the beach and the city center. Generally spent a few great days again. However, the apartment was not appropriate for the price.

One feels directly at home. Rentals always very friendly and on site. Sterflat super located, and in bad weather, the new couch is advantageous. We always feel very comfortable here and will gladly come back.

Beautiful bright apartment. Beds are also great, we felt very comfortable there despite Corona. On the day of arrival, everything was well organized with the apartment key and parking space or garage. Even a bottle of red wine was waiting in the living room. We would love to come back ;-)

The apartment has a great view of the North Sea and, due to its open layout, offers a very pleasant atmosphere for 2 people. The beds are good, and it was pleasantly warm in the apartment even on cold days. On sunny days, you could already sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

It's madness to see the sea already at breakfast. We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the apartment. The equipment is complete, nothing was missing. It is very cozy. The check-in is uncomplicated. The parking in the garage saves the search outside.

During our last visit, the windows in the dining and living room were covered. All the panes have been replaced. Now the view of the sea is fantastic again. Thank you very much! It's beautiful. We have been coming to Egmond aan Zee for many years, and it is always nice and cozy. The sea and the beach, the square with its charming restaurants. The lighthouse that is also lit in the evening. We also find the sea view fantastic.
