Description
The original house dates from 1937. It was renovated with the utmost care in 2013. With all necessary comforts provided, it became a cozy and well-kept holiday apartment, available to you all year round.
Ground floor

Large dining room with long table and an open kitchen with island. This modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
In the living room you can enjoy the fireplace on cold winter days. A separate TV room is furnished with a cozy sitting area.
Everything is provided for a baby: playpen, bed, high chair, changing mat.
In the bathroom you will find a large bathtub, shower, and 2 sinks.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine. A second toilet is located next door.
First floor
First bedroom with double bed (160), separate children's room with a baby bed and a washbasin

In Bredene there are 4 km of sandy beaches and dunes. These are the favorite spots for sunbathers or a dream playground for children.
For those who don’t want to go to the beach and dunes, the polders with their magnificent nature, winding roads, and car-free paths are enticing.

Hands off!!
We were there this year from July 20 to 27, and
yes, it is a house like a thousand others in the
surroundings.
The lower cabinets in the kitchen, including the bread basket
and other dishes, smelled strongly of mold, so we stored the dishes in the
garage for the duration of our stay and used the dishes that were somewhat in order.
The cleanliness upon arrival was standard, not particularly clean but also not dirty.
For 200 euros for cleaning, it should be more. The best part is that we haven't received our deposit to this day without any explanation, and despite countless attempts to contact these people, we haven't heard anything from them.
During our stay, absolutely nothing was broken; not even anything was damaged.
So if you want to make your vacation involuntarily 200 euros more expensive, then go ahead...
Otherwise, stay away!!!
Maybe a donation account could be set up for the family.

Very nice big house with lots of space
We were there for 3 weeks with 4 adults and 1 child, 1 week of which with 5 adults and 3 children.
There was enough space for everyone.
The distances to the beach, to town and to shopping are pleasantly short.
The landlords are very nice and if there are any deficiencies they are immediately on the spot to fix them.
However, there is a half point deduction for cleanliness, even though it is a large house, the cleaning lady can clean it a little better, and at certain intervals also clean under/behind the couch and in certain places
unfortunately, there are always tenants who don't like cleanliness, who prefer to rinse dishes, glasses and pots before using them, but the landlords can't help that, and the cleaning lady can't clean everything again.
Otherwise it was a really great holiday, we will definitely come back again.
According to us, everything was definitely cleaner than when we arrived.
And I also think you can leave such a property the way you would like to find it.

Sehr schön gelegenes Familiendomizil
We were there with 4 adults, 3 children, and a dog. Of all the holidays spent on the Belgian coast, this was the most beautiful and lovingly furnished house. Even in sometimes autumnal October, there are all possibilities there, especially at the beach, to spend a peaceful vacation. There is a slight deduction for the amenities, but that's probably more due to tenants who just put damaged cups, dishes, and kitchen utensils back instead of notifying the landlords. Some things need to be exchanged or upgraded in terms of cutlery and utensils. Otherwise, a really nice house with everything you need! We would love to come back.

Wunderbares Haus
The house is bright and friendly, everything is clean and lovingly furnished. You immediately feel at home. We were 6 people with a dog and enjoyed every day, everything you need is available and the location, close to the beach and shopping, bakery leaves almost nothing to be desired. We are very satisfied and thank the family for their hospitality. We will definitely come back again.

Alles Top
We were guests in the house with our 6 grandchildren and families and were very satisfied. Everything we needed was there, and the children as well as the adults liked it very much.
