Description
Our detached holiday home for max. 5 people is located in a very quiet and well-kept park in Groote Keeten,
only 800 meters from the North Sea beach, between the famous seaside resorts of Callantsoog and Julianadorp.
Here you can spend beautiful, relaxing holidays in a cozy atmosphere and a sophisticated atmosphere.
Central heating in all rooms. Wood flooring throughout the living-sleeping and kitchen area.
Antique stove for wood burning.
A massive steel spiral staircase leads to the open bedrooms on the upper floor.
1st bedroom: 1 double bed 140 x 200, chest of drawers, tall unit with drawers.
Baby cot (can be set up if required) with a small duvet, pillows and blanket.
2nd bedroom: 2 single beds 90 x 200, Lortzing linen cupboard, allergy-free duvets and pillows for all beds.
1 sky loft bed 80 x 160 for little princes and princesses with views of the sky, sun, moon and stars.
Small Dutch bathroom with window, shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit combination and toilet.
Open kitchen, cozy dining area and spacious living area overlooking the garden.
Separate entrance with hallway, cloakroom, fitted wardrobes and storage room.
The house is surrounded by a 350 square meter, natural garden with hedges, wild roses, wine and small fruit trees.
For our little guests we have a playhouse with a porch.
Barbecue is allowed in the garden and a small barbecue available.
You can park your car next to the house and close the entrance through the garden gate.
Behind the house is a grove, which is not fenced off the property.

Only 800 meters away, behind the dunes, is one of the most beautiful, Dutch and miles long sandy beaches of North Holland.
A beach pavilion, with stunning views of the open sea, invites you to linger.
In Sandepark the children can play safely.
There is a fishing pond, a fenced children's playground, jeu de boule, a ping pong table and large playground with football field and gates.
For an additional fee, you will find an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts nearby.

In the holiday home you will find brochures about excursions and sights of Kop van Noord-Holland / Zijpe.
During school holidays and holidays only full weeks, Saturday - Saturday, can be rented.
At other times, short stays are available on request.
For guests who do not like to sleep upstairs, there is a sofa bed 160 x 200.
Lending of bed linen and towels is unfortunately not possible.
Fire extinguisher in the house and smoke detectors in the bedrooms.

Nice little house in holiday settlement
For us (2 adults, 1 child, 1 dog), it was a great Easter vacation in the nice little holiday home of the even nicer landlord. The equipment is great, but reaching the sleeping areas is not quite easy. The distance to the beach could be shorter, but we have no comparisons there. There were few people in the holiday resort, and it was not far to go shopping. We felt very comfortable there, and it was worth the price. Thank you!

Holiday with a dog
We had a super nice holiday at Sandepark. The house was very cozy, clean, and decorated with a lot of love. You immediately feel at home. The surroundings were just perfect for a holiday with a dog. Our family dog was welcome everywhere, and the beach near the cottage was absolutely fantastic! We had a great time and can only recommend it!

Holiday in Holland
It was a beautiful holiday with many new opportunities. Sandepark is highly recommended. Quiet location and plenty of opportunities to explore new things.

A pretty and cosy little holiday home by the sea
We spent a week with our two dogs in this very lovingly furnished holiday home. The house is brightly decorated in soft pastel shades, and is therefore very friendly and inviting.
Although not very big, it is a real space miracle with lots of storage space.
It is great that there is an anteroom to the living area where you can put your jackets, shoes and linen.
The kitchen is very well equipped and all utensils are in usable condition. Nothing is missing.
The centrepiece, in our opinion, is the pretty little natural garden with ample shaded areas.
Only the narrow driveway is a challenge with a larger car.
We and our two furry noses felt very comfortable in this "doll's house" and will gladly come back again!
Oh yes, the communication with the hostess was uncomplicated and friendly!

A cottage to fall in love with
A holiday with lots of peace and quiet and birdsong, in a natural rural setting in a bright friendly house with lots of garden around it, wonderful for us and our dog.
The house is very tastefully furnished with attention to detail and... there is still room for our own things, which we have rarely found so pleasant. Everything is well thought out, practical, yet romantic and cosy.
The beach is within walking distance, by bike in a few minutes.
There are good shopping opportunities in nearby Callantsoog.
The possibilities for walking and cycling are endless.
We felt very comfortable, thank you very much Mrs Niggeloh!
