The accommodation is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Heiligenhafen on the top floor of building D. It features a modern living room and a separate sleeping area with two high-quality single box spring beds and an additional TV. A completely new and spacious fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and freezer compartment, as well as a modern shower room are also included, along with a separate storage room where you can store additional items. The hallway has a ceiling-high built-in closet with sliding doors. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, and during your stay from October to March, you can use the sauna and swimming pool in the directly opposite AktivHus for free. Additionally, from May to September, a free seasonal beach chair is available to you.

For a long time, Heiligenhafen lived from trade and fishing, but now tourism is the most important branch of the economy. A busy municipal harbour,
where fishermen still sell their catch directly from the cutter, provides a genuine maritime atmosphere. The new, partly two-storey pier is unique in this form and juts into the sea like lightning. The Graswarder nature reserve and the steep coast are particularly worth seeing.

Big events cast their shadows ahead: Starting in March 2025, the demolition of the old Kursaal complex is expected to make room for a modern new building that will include dining establishments, a cinema, a bowling alley, and a supermarket, as well as a sky bar with fantastic views. Due to the north-facing alignment of our apartment, compared to the apartments facing the courtyard, you will fortunately hardly be bothered by the noise and dust from the demolition work. Look forward to what is being developed in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea holiday park, which will contribute to further increasing the attractiveness of the surrounding area in the future.

Dear interested parties and guests, we have been travelling to Heiligenhafen regularly for years, for what feels like decades, at the time for the first time with our then young son. We were fascinated by the place, which has retained its original character and yet has developed into a modern holiday resort in recent years, which in our view has many unique selling points. Admittedly, the holiday park would probably no longer win an architecture prize today due to the rather massive structure, but nevertheless, with its excellent infrastructure and central location, it is an ideal starting point for spending an inexpensive and varied holiday. Over the last few years, we have developed the desire to purchase our own flat there, in order to create a possible second home for our later retirement. After countless visits, we have found our dream flat and would like to welcome you as our guests.
