Description

The beautifully situated "Chalet Sonnblick" is lovingly and romantically furnished and captivates among other things by the great view. It is only since 02/2019 in the rental. With 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 7 people. The bedrooms are upstairs, where the bathroom and a separate toilet are located. On the ground floor, a cozy living area invites you to linger. A TV room offers the possibility to retire. In a fully equipped kitchen, can be taken care of the physical well-being.
The entrance area offers enough space for shoes and jackets. From the entrance you can reach an additional guest toilet, the first floor and the living area. A small storage room offers additional space for ski boots and the like.
The fenced garden offers both two- and four-legged friends enough space to let off steam and not escape! ;O)

In the beautiful Rauris valley lies the &quot;Chalet Sonnblick&quot;. In a few minutes you can reach the center and find there next to shops and restaurants everything that belongs to a relaxing holiday. A mini golf course is only 2 minutes from the house and also to the outdoor pool is just 800 m.
The ski lift is about 1 km away. A shuttle bus leaves direct in front of Chalet Sonnblick.

A beautiful holiday home

We felt very comfortable in the Chalet Sonnblick; it is very cozy, furnished in Bavarian style, and the equipment is simply great. In the kitchen, you find everything you need; there are even towels and cleaning cloths available. The beds were already made, there were towels in various sizes ready, and a hairdryer and soaps were available in the bathroom. The garden was very nice and also fenced, so our dogs could run freely. The view was fantastic, simply beautiful.
The nice Mrs. Obersamer took care of everything and checked in often, thank you again to her! A completely successful vacation in Rauris!

Dreamlike vacation

We were at Chalet Sonnblick for the second time this year and felt very comfortable again! The location is simply dreamy and the view of the mountains is beautiful! The house is cozy and central, nothing is missing. I was able to relax very well and slept very well too! I could imagine spending another vacation there!

A wonderful accommodation

As a family, we had a very pleasant stay in the house. The house is very well equipped, and the ski bus departs right in front of the door. Restaurants are within walking distance. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms/toilets are well-equipped and modernly furnished. The panoramic window in the living area and the view from the balcony are great. The sinks and decoration in two of the bedrooms are a matter of taste. Overall, a place to feel comfortable.

The accommodation is highly recommended. Communication with the landlord was quick and flawless. We would like to mention the warm welcome from Mrs. Obersamer. It was clean and everything you need is available. The view is nice and it is quiet. We felt very comfortable!

Great vacation!

The vacation at Chalet Sonnblick was great. We felt right at home in this beautiful holiday house. We lacked for nothing; everyone was very satisfied in their bedrooms, and it was very cozy. Our dogs also loved it there and could play in the completely fenced garden. The house was really fantastic; I would have loved to stay much longer. The view of the mountains from the garden or balcony is amazing, so incredibly beautiful! The location there is fantastic, one can quickly get to the center, the bakery and supermarkets are easily reached on foot. The whole place is very beautiful, from there one can do many activities. Beautiful paths everywhere, and the waterfalls are fascinating. We had a very good rest and enjoyed our days there very much. Time passed far too quickly. I can well imagine traveling to Chalet Sonnblick again and spending my vacation there.

Great house in great area

A really great holiday home with enough space and everything you need! Comfortably furnished and very clean. What also pleased us, as we had rain from time to time or were tired from hiking in the evening, was the large TV with Netflix and Prime Video access. With your own data, you were logged on in no time and could also watch your favourite series in the resort. Rauris is definitely worth more than one holiday and so is Chalet Sonnblick!

Anytime again

This chalet has a beautiful location with a magnificent view of the mountains, right in the middle of the village and yet absolutely quiet.
A place to relax.
Equipped with everything your heart desires, super comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom.
One small tip or wish from our side.
A few nice lounge chairs would be the absolute hit.
We had two lively "oldies (82+84 years old)" with us, it would have been nice for both of them to be able to rest and enjoy the ? in the cozy garden.

Holiday home with fantastic views

Dear Biermann family,
we had a great time with our four-legged friend in your holiday home. Our children also visited us for a weekend. The fenced garden is wonderful. We spent long evenings on your terrace enjoying the great view of the mountains. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. There are beautiful hiking trails starting from the house.

A very cozy house in an absolutely top location in Rauris.

The Chalet Sonnblick is a fully furnished holiday home located in a top location in Rauris, with a sensational view of the Goldberge and yet in a very quiet area. The center is only a 3-minute walk away and you can easily buy groceries at the supermarket. The house offers plenty of space and the Wi-Fi was always reliable and strong, which was especially interesting for our children ;-) We felt incredibly comfortable in this great house and really enjoyed our stay. We have been visiting Rauris for over 30 years now, so it's nice to discover something new again... we will definitely come back to Chalet Sonnblick. By the way, in the evenings you can enjoy watching the stars from the dark garden and have a glass of red wine, luckily there aren't any immediate sources of light. We wish you a great vacation.

A house to feel comfortable in!

Many thanks to the Biermann family! The house is ideal and also suitable for large families! We spent 10 wonderful days at Chalet Sonnblick. From the house, there is a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The large garden is perfect for both two- and four-legged creatures to rest and play. Our dog immediately felt right at home there. Shopping opportunities and restaurants nearby and also easily accessible on foot. You can go on beautiful hikes around Rauris. Everything you need was in the house. The house is very spacious and lovingly furnished. We all felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

Wonderful holiday destination

I can only recommend the house! We felt very comfortable. You can reach everything on foot like supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc. We had a wonderful 10 days in the house! Ideal for families with children and also suitable for older people!

Spacious house for four (up to six people). Everything is there, in the kitchen and elsewhere. Central southern location with unobstructed views of the High Tauern and very close on foot to the town center, shops, and mountain lifts. The ski touring area is diverse and typically steep, long, and high in the Tauern region.
