The villa is a new built modern style property and can accommodate up to 10 persons, which makes the property ideal for larger families . This villa is situated on the edge of charming olive yards and pristine natural forests and so that your peace disturb only the chirping of birds. It has been built and furnished with loving attention to detail. The facility is surrounded by beautiful unspoiled Mediterranean nature and offers perfect peace and privacy. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons, which makes the property ideal for larger families. Apart from that, there is also the modern cooking-dining-living area, with light colors and clear lines where you will feel well and comfortable. From there you have access to the terrace with a shaded outside dining area and barbecue for enjoying some delicious meals with a view onto the pool. From the ground floor you can through big patio door directly access the pool area. On the ground floor there are 2 large bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace and pool through large glass walls, other two bedrooms with bathrooms are situated on the first floor with private balcony with lounge area from where you have a view of the blue sea and the green surroundings.
The pool is definitely the highlight of the garden. You can also enjoy a good book while lying on one of the sun loungers next to the pool or in the covered lounge area or you can just sunbathe, not caring about anything and just enjoy a cold drink. For the more active ones- on the property is a green-volleyball and football court and is a perfect starting point for your cycling adventures on paved and unpaved roads. In 15 minutes by car you can reach is the most romantic place in the Mediterranean, town of Rovinj and Pula city that has existed for three thousand years with lot of monuments, including most famous and important monument, the starting and ending point of every sightseeing tour the Roman Amphitheater, popularly called the Arena of Pula. In vicinity of the house is pitoresque small istrian towns of Bale and Vodnjan. If you are tired of traffic take the bicycles and enjoy natural charming beaches which you can easily reach in 10 minutes.
