Description

The approx. 65 sqm non-smoking holiday flat is located in Gollendorf, Westfehmarn in the triangle of Orth- Lemkenhafen- Petersdorf. The small idyllic village with little traffic offers plenty of opportunity to relax from everyday life and is also ideal as a holiday destination for guests with children and dogs. The bright and friendly flat with large terrace, which is protected by a hedge, is located on the ground floor. It was completely renovated in 2019 and newly furnished with bright furniture, garden furniture and deck chairs are available.
A spacious hallway leads to all rooms. The living room with kitchenette and
Dining area has access to the terrace. Two bedrooms are available, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition to the shower room, there is also a storage room

Location and surroundings of object

The Baltic Sea is 800 m away and can be reached via a footpath and cycle path. From there, you can turn right in 1200 m to the idyllic harbour of Orth with restaurants and cafés, and to the left, also in 1200 m, you will come to Lemkenhafen with restaurants, a café' and a kiosk at the marina. In front of the dyke in Gollendorf is Elli`s Snackeria with a large terrace and outdoor area. In Petersdorf, only about 2 km away, you will find everything you need for your daily needs, a bakery, Aldi, Edeka, a farm shop and doctors.

Gollendorf

The holiday apartment is fine. It is noisy when cars drive over the gravel parking lot. The location is good as the sea can be reached within walking distance, approximately 600 meters. Shops are easily accessible. A very quiet place, nice for a morning walk to the sea if you have dogs. Negative points are the lack of Wi-Fi on site and poor reception with the mobile phone depending on the provider - 1&1 is very good, O2 is very bad. You can have a great holiday there.
