Description
Adjacent to the entrance area with wardrobe is the cosy living area. It is equipped with a beautiful leather couch and an additional armchair, a coffee table, a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system with DVD/CD player with MP3 and USB connection
The dining area, which is harmoniously coordinated with the living area, invites you to spend game nights and sit together comfortably on four leather chairs and a matching table.
The open-plan and modern fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge with 4-star freezer compartment, blender, spices and sufficient crockery is more than well equipped.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed with new spring mattresses (1.80x2.00m), two night consoles and a generous wardrobe, as well as a flat screen TV. All beds have an open footboard and are therefore suitable for tall guests.
The second bedroom can be used as a children's room and is equipped with two single beds (0.80x2.00m), a wardrobe, a radio/CD recorder and additionally with a flat screen TV.
For our very small guests, a bed rail, a high chair, children's cutlery, building blocks, a toilet seat reducer and a stool are available free of charge. For the safety of your children, the entire flat is equipped with socket protectors. There is also a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
The modern daylight bathroom with floor-deep shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror cabinet offers every comfort. The bathroom also has a towel warmer, a shower stool and a hairdryer.
The windows in both bedrooms and bathroom are equipped with insect screens.
In the utility room there is an iron, an ironing board and a hoover.
From the living room you can access the fenced garden with a large terrace on which there is a cosy seating area
A parasol, beach chair and barbecue with barbecue utensils are also available.
A washer-dryer and a clothes horse are available free of charge in the outdoor storage room. For the beach visit, we have a seasonal beach chair, a handcart, a beach bowling game and a small wave board. The bicycles you bring with you can also be stored in the outside storage room.
A parking space is available right next to the flat.
The Seaside and AM MEER flats can also be booked in the same house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in a road with little traffic (only residents) in an area with permanently inhabited houses. So very suitable for holiday guests who want to stay away from the rather lively tourist centre
Nevertheless, within a few minutes you can reach the beach, the adventure pool "Ocean Wave", the seal station and of course shops for daily grocery/household needs (to the Netto market approx. 5 min.) or restaurants for every taste.
