Description
The 100 sqm tastefully furnished holiday apartment including 90 sqm terrace with a panoramic view into the wide landscape is faraway from road traffic groundfloor the detached, 200 year old granite building, offering space for up to 4 people (and 2 more on demand in the living room). In the cold season, you can use the woodstove, which even cooks and bakes.
Washing machine and dryer are available on site for a fee. W-Lan is available, the use follows by agreement, as well as the provision of cot and high chair.
Because of the more remote shopping, the journey with at least one car makes sense; Parking space is available on the property. If you want, you can rent a bike.
We kindly ask you to arrive for your keys between 16:00 and 18:00 and leave before 10:00. Other arrival and departure times must be arranged individually.

Location and surroundings of object
The location is in the lowland area of Uckerniederung adjoining the Schorfheide heathland, both of which are protected preservation areas. The beach of Unteruckersee lake is on a path running through pristine landscape. The next train station is within 25 minutes' walking distance. With its gently rolling countryside of woodlands, fields, and lakes, the idyllic Uckermark district, which is also referred to as the "Tuscany of the North" by insiders, is one of the most beautiful regions of Germany and was declared a designated area of sustainable tourism in 2013. Enjoy walks through a habitat of diverse flora and fauna, as well as swimming, fishing and paddling in crystal-clear, natural lakes, where motorboat traffic is prohibited.
The crane migration in autumn is a singular experience. Occasionally, the beautiful big birds will gather nearby the house, their trumpet calls being audible into the distance.

Assuming that re-renting the holiday apartment was not possible, the cancellation fees for the holiday apartment are as follows: a) From the start of the lease until 60 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price b) From 59 to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price c) From 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price d) From 29 days before the start of the rental period and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price

How to get there by car:
Traveling by car or motorbike you are on the A 11 (motorway Berlin - Stettin). At the exit Gramzow leave the motorway and turn towards Prenzlau. Drive along the B 198 until after Bietikow. In the village you turn at the church wall left into the Birkenweg, pass the village pond, leaving the village behind and go straight to the intersection Bietikow - Seehausen / Bertikow - Seelübbe. From there you continue straight ahead towards Seehausen. After you pass through the three-houses-Ensemble Bertikow expansion, it's still a little way through the beautiful landscape to the distant rooftops of Berghausen appear. Right at the entrance you see on your right the street sign Berghausen 7, turn in country lane one, drive about 200 meters and have arrived.
Arriving by train:
in a regular two-hour distance runs on the railway line Berlin - Stralsund regional train to the destination station Seehausen (Uckermark). Spacious vacation home with above-average kitchen equipment - perfect for large gatherings. Unfortunately, non-functioning Wi-Fi in the living area. Too weak and limited in time - it is turned off at 8pm.
