Description
Our cosy, non-smoking holiday home, built around 1900 and extended several times, is quietly located near the forest and lake southeast of Berlin in KönigsWusterhausen-NeueMühle.
The house is situated on a 1000 square metre plot between idyllic ponds and a lake approx. 150 m away with a natural beach pool with a large slide.
A 150-year-old copper beech tree on the property provides sufficient shade even in the hottest weather. Car parking facilities are available on the property.
It is advisable to arrive by car, as this gives you more flexibility to enjoy the many possible holiday activities. (Spreewald, Tropical Island, )
To get to Berlin, it is a good idea to take the S-Bahn or the regional express from KönigsWusterhausen station (there are plenty of park and ride spaces at the station)
Horse riding is available in DeutschWusterhausen Tel: 0171-6553855.
Hiking and cycling maps of the area are available in the house and can be used.

| The house is only rented by the week. The day of arrival is Saturday. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but can be booked for €15 per person. This linen package includes bed linen as well as towels and tea towels. There is an energy fee of 5,00€ per week and person. This includes water, sewage, electricity, gas and rubbish. |

It's a little blue dream
We felt very comfortable here. The location is absolutely top if you are looking for some peace and quiet. And if not, it's not far to the big city. The house is furnished with great attention to detail. We will be happy to come back!

Relaxed holidays in a beautiful house
A very nice house with a great conservatory, we spent most of our time there. Unfortunately, it also gets very warm at high temperatures. The garden is large and has a beautiful tree swing. The lido can be reached quickly on foot and you can make beautiful cycling tours by bike. We liked it very much.

Together with my husband and our children, we have renovated and extended the house and garden since 1992. It has been in the family since 1925 with an interruption during the GDR period. Since my husband is an engineer for building services and my daughter is a landscape architect, we were able to build most of it ourselves. I myself am a midwife, so I was only responsible for the physical well-being and the additional work. The ceramics in the house and garden are made by me.
