Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen area with a high-quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine and a dining table with 4 swing chairs.
The modern bathroom with large window offers you a floor-to-ceiling shower with Rainshower shower head, a washbasin, a hairdryer and WC.
You will enjoy restful nights in the double bed of the master bedroom. Your children can make themselves comfortable in two single beds in the second bedroom. A travel cot with separate mattress is available for the little ones. There is a flat-screen TV in both the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Furthermore, a BlueRay player is connected in the master bedroom.

Central location and very good processing!
The apartment is located quite centrally and is on the upper floor. It is new and fairly modernly furnished. A children's bedroom is located in the attic, which is accessible via a narrow staircase. The rooftop terrace and the view are magnificent. The apartment is equipped with everything, so we lacked nothing. The process went very well. We received detailed information by email in advance. The handover of the keys to the apartment was contactless. We picked this up at a mailbox depot in the nearby town. We thought that was quite good since it means you are not time-bound.
Now, unfortunately, there is an "BUT..." The apartment was not properly cleaned. It started right in the stairwell. The window there was full of spider webs and unbelievably many dead insects on the windowsill. We immediately vacuumed the apartment since it was slightly sandy. Furthermore, we do not want to elaborate, but a conversation with the cleaning staff would be necessary.
So we award 5 stars for equipment, location, service, and price-performance ratio, but in terms of cleanliness, we can only give 3 stars.

Beach vacation
We felt very comfortable in this vacation rental. It has been modernly furnished by the owners, with underfloor heating. Everything you need is available, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, etc. The vacation rental is located in a quiet side street with a view of a small lake. We definitely recommend this vacation rental. The price-performance ratio is justified.
