Description
Our quietly situated, lovingly furnished *** star comfort holiday home (certified by the German Tourism Association) is located directly on the Wurster North Sea coast, between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven, in the Cuxlandpark in Dorum-Neufeld
On 68 m², distributed over two levels, cosiness and well-being are written in capital letters because we attach great importance to style and quality of the furnishings. Our guests appreciate that. Dogs are also very welcome and can let off steam in the nearby dog playground.
On the ground floor is the living room with wood-burning stove, the open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area with 6 chairs and a child's high chair, a bathroom with shower and WC. The large, south-facing terrace (newly paved at the end of 2018) with garden table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, 2 parasols and a charcoal barbecue, ensures quiet cosy hours and barbecue evenings
Since March 2019, there is also a spacious lockable garden shed at the house, in which bicycles can also be stored.
On the upper floor you will find the two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) as well as a children's travel bed. All rooms have darkening possibilities. Furthermore, there is an additional WC with a small washbasin. A stair gate is available for safety
Furthermore, the house has 2 flat-screen TVs (41" in the living room and 28" in the bedroom) with Sky Bundesliga, Sky Cinema, Disney Channel, a Blu-ray player, a new stereo system with CD player and Bluetooth as well as a clock radio in the bedroom.
Our guests also have free high-speed WLAN (fibre-optic network with up to 50 Mbit/s) at their disposal, as well as a telephone flat rate to the German landline network and all German mobile phone networks.
Your own car parking space is located in the immediate vicinity (KS 14).

Location and surroundings of object
The house is detached on a 300 m² plot and is situated in a quiet, park-like location, embedded in the lush green of the marsh, directly on the water inlet in the coastal resort of Dorum-Neufeld. A short walk through the good North Sea air and you are at the dyke. The cutter harbour (here you can buy fresh crabs directly from the cutter), the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea, the green bathing beach with dog beach, the combined swimming pool "Watt'n Bad" (outdoor wave pool and indoor swimming pool; can be used free of charge with the spa card) with the children's playhouse, the National Park House and the visitor lighthouse Obereversand, are thus right on your doorstep. The beautiful surroundings invite you to take a bicycle tour through the well-developed bicycle network. A cosy sauna for relaxation is available to guests at the Cuxland Hotel and Watt'n Bad. Washing machines and dryers for emergencies are located in the Deichpassage. You can get the washing tokens at the reception in the Cuxland-Hotel
In the immediate vicinity you will find various restaurants, cafés, bakers, pubs and shopping facilities as well as a bicycle rental. The centre of Dorum with further shopping facilities such as EDEKA, Lidl, Aldi, Netto, a drinks market, etc., pharmacies and doctors is approx. 6 km away
The two harbour towns of Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven also offer many sights and are only about 25 km away. From Cuxhaven or Bremerhaven you can also take a day trip by boat to our only German high sea island Helgoland. An unforgettable experience.

Christmas Vacation
When we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The holiday house is very clean and tastefully furnished, with a lot of attention to detail. Even Christmas decorations were present. Just like at home. The dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots were all in top condition, so nothing stood in the way of our Christmas roast. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for this lovely short holiday in your house. We will gladly recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Anytime again!
The house is great! I have been to many vacation homes - everything was usually fine - but here everything is really perfect! There are no drafts - it is super clean and tastefully cozy - the mattresses are fine (rarely the case), the blackout works - (also rather rare) the TV works right away! (I have also already lost some nerves) the dishes are sufficiently there - and the frying pans are not scratched and work - (I have also bought some myself) and there is nothing to complain about the coffee machine, a lighter is also available (I forgot mine), Wi-Fi connection is properly indicated again (the note from the office is not decipherable), all heaters work, including the small one on the 2nd. Toilet in the upper floor - super and cute - even tea lights available - so there is really nothing to complain about - it is nice to feel at home in such a vacation house - THANK YOU!!!
