Description
The flat or holiday home has approx. 200m² of living space with upscale furnishings, as well as its own indoor pool that can be used all year round.
The centre of the house is a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and the directly adjacent pool. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace with seating furniture and barbecue. The bathroom has approx. 20m² and is equipped with a large bathtub, large shower as well as WC and BD. There is also a separate WC and a barrier-free shower in the sauna area. There are 3 bedrooms available which offer sufficient retreat possibilities. For our younger guests, there is a multifunctional table (billiards, table football) as well as games and a DVD player and children's DVD.
You have your own driveway to the holiday home and several cars can be parked on the property, furthermore there is the possibility to use a garage. Due to its size and location, the property is particularly suitable for families with children, for groups planning mountain bike tours or for hiking enthusiasts. The holiday home has a wheelchair ramp and there are no thresholds or steps in the holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the beautiful town of Wernigerode on the edge of the Harz Mountains, directly on the forest. You can reach the town in 10 minutes on foot. Wernigerode is known for many sights such as the town hall, the beautiful half-timbered houses, the smallest house, the leaning house and the castle. In the immediate vicinity is the Brocken, which invites you to visit. From the holiday home you can reach the Brocken on foot, by bike or by narrow-gauge railway. The hiking trail directly adjacent to the holiday home offers a wide variety of opportunities to experience the beautiful nature of the Harz Mountains. The Rübeländer stalactite caves, Thale with the Hexentanzplatz (witches' dance site) and the Wendefurt dam with the longest suspension bridge and other highlights are all within a 20 km radius.

Dogs are welcome in the holiday home "BeA"
Wernigerode is accessible by a two-lane long-distance road B6n, which will become the A36 motorway in January. You also have the option of arriving by train or bus. A bus stop is about 200 metres from the holiday home.

Great house, we had a nice vacation.
We were there for the first time and I have to say it was amazing. The holiday home is beautiful, very well furnished, and nothing was missing. The town can be easily reached on foot. There are also many opportunities nearby for hiking or just walking the dog. We were there for 12 days and had a very nice time. The highlight was the pool and the sauna. The foosball tournaments were also a lot of fun. We would love to rent the house again.

Everything's great!!!
The house is simply beautiful, very clean, and well-furnished. We spent very nice days here. The surroundings are also very nice; there is a lot to do. We would love to come back.

Great short vacation
We were on a short family vacation for a few days, and it was a nice stay, of course with the highlight being the large pool. The house was super spacious, clean, plenty of room for everyone (stay for 9 people with a small dog), and everything was available for our children (a cabinet with games, foosball table, and much more). The pool and the sauna were a dream and were used a lot; you don’t get that every day. The house was equipped with everything you need, and there were free parking spaces for about 4 cars. The only downsides were minor signs of wear such as 1-2 windows that didn't open properly, a sink that was not usable, or for me personally, insufficient light sources. But these are not significant issues. Wernigerode is easily reachable on foot, and the surrounding sights or hikes are quickly accessible by car.
So don't hesitate to go - it's worth it. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and say thank you for a few lovely days of relaxation.
