This apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the eastern part of the factory building, where up to 6 people can comfortably live. Since 1876, this has been the residence of the respective factory owner or manufacturer. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020/21. The spaciousness of the rooms has been maintained, with some structural changes in the 1950s, since then the basic structure has remained unchanged.
The apartment is about 100 m² in size. In the approximately 40 m² living room the morning sun shines through the large windows. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The 30 m² spacious, fully furnished kitchen-diner features a large dining table for 6 people. From the kitchen, you have a particularly beautiful view of the garden. The special feature of the apartment is a large oven constructed with hand-shaped bowl tiles, built by the factory owner in the 1950s in collaboration with the ceramist Walter Rhaue, known beyond Görlitz. Also in the living room connected by large French doors, there is another special stove, a rare combination of a square and a round stove. There is also a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment has two consecutive bedrooms, the first is equipped with a double bed, the room behind it with 2 single beds. The bathroom has been completely modernized, with a large walk-in shower, toilet, urinal, and a double sink. Please note that the occupancy calendar on this page is not maintained.

The holiday apartments are located in a former stove factory, where beautiful, handmade stove tiles were produced for over 90 years.
