A free cancellation is possible up to 90 days before arrival. From the 89th day before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total travel price will apply. From the 70th day before the start of the trip, the fee increases to 50% of the travel price. From the 50th day before the start of the trip, the fee is 75% of the travel price. From the 30th day before the start of the trip, the fee is 100% of the travel price. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged per booking for cancellations.

Great flat
We felt very comfortable in this flat. The furnishings are great. Everything is up to date. Very nice central location, very close to the beach. Everything is explained very clearly, technical devices are easy to use. We will definitely be back.
