This beautiful dream house (4.9 out of 5 stars) is located on Sønderdrivevej in the middle of the forest on Rømø. The house is surrounded by an idyllic heath landscape of 5000 sqm, the fresh white of the furnishings and the complete renovation make the stay an experience . The new wooden terrace facing south invites you to stay when the weather is nice. The summer house is located north of Havneby, close to the bakery and grocer. The Rømø play and labyrinth park and Sønderstrand are also within walking distance
The distance to the beach is 2 km (Sønder beach). The distance to Havneby Butikstorv with shopping, restaurants and cafés is 1 km.
This dream house is located in the middle of the forest on Sønderdrivevej on Rømø. The house has a 5000 sqm hillside plot overgrown with heather. The house is built in 2022 and is a brand new EBK cottage with white interior, which makes the cottage bright and pleasant.
A large new wooden terrace directly facing south creates space and room for many enjoyable hours outdoors.
The distance to Havneby with shopping, restaurants and cafés is approx. 1000 m.
The living area is 133 m2 (incl. covered terrace). Furnished with nice bright dining/living room with heat pump , fireplace and kitchen, 4 bedrooms. 2 with double beds and two rooms with 2 single beds cot, 2 x bathrooms with shower, plus utility room and entrance hall.
1 dog allowed.
The house has a free wireless network with a connection of 200 MB / 200 MB. (bring your own computer / Ipad) TV package with German and Nordic channels.
The beautiful large wooden terrace of approx. 150 m2 with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
You will experience the beautiful nature of the island, wide open spaces and one of the widest and most beautiful beaches in Europe. There is always room to find a quiet spot to enjoy for yourself.
There are also many opportunities for active pursuits in the area, such as golf, horse riding, water sports, cycling, running and beach activities, etc.
The holiday home is located north of Havneby, close to the bakery, grocery shop, Rømø Play and Maze Park and Sønder Strand.
A stress-free area with a real holiday for those who enjoy life, both for those who want to relax and for the active. You can go hiking, running, cycling, play in the lyre and labyrinth park, golf, mini-golf, horse riding, sailing - with or without water, swimming or kite flying.
Please bring bed linen (200 x 180 cm + 200 x 160 cm + 200 x 80 cm) and towels.

On the North Sea island of Römö, which is especially known for Scandinavia's widest sandy beach, you will find child-friendly coasts, and unspoilt nature that invites you to many different activities. The beach offers the opportunity to relax, sunbathe and also be active. The North Sea beach, which stretches for many kilometres along the entire west coast of Rømø, offers plenty of space for ball games such as beach volleyball, you can kite surf, windsurf and much more. Last but not least, kite flying is very popular on Rømø's incredibly wide beach, partly because a kite festival is held once a year in October. Here, numerous artistically decorated kites rise into the air and beautify the blue sky above the island. Of course, the constant wind contributes to the fact that kite flying is particularly popular on Rømø. So pack the kite for the kids, or see if the island's nature centre offers kite-making courses for children during your stay. It is a special treat for the little ones to see their homemade kites flying.
If the weather is not suitable, there are also many opportunities for indoor activities. For example, visit Skærbæk Fritidscenter, where you can visit a water park and much more. There are also several museums in Skærbæk, such as Hjemsted Oldtidscenter, which deals with the early history of the area. You can also go go-karting or simply visit some of the places on or near Rømø, such as the lively towns of Havneby and Lakolk with exciting boutiques, cosy restaurants and cafés and interesting museums that you should not miss. Aabenraa, Tønder or Ribe are also beautiful towns that are suitable for a trip in bad weather. Tønder and Ribe are two of the oldest towns in Denmark and offer exciting experiences. In Ribe you will find a beautiful old cathedral, a pedestrian zone with lots of old half-timbered houses and the Ribe Vikingecenter with an old Viking trading place and many interesting exhibits. You can also visit Esbjerg, the nearest larger town, where you can do some real shopping. There is also a ferry from here to Fanø, another beautiful holiday island. The ferry goes back and forth throughout the day and you can make a super trip and see the special culture of this island. A trip to Sylt is also possible from Rømø by ferry.

Beautiful lovingly furnished house in the best location
We immediately felt at home in the spacious, light-flooded house and spent two wonderfully relaxing weeks together with our dogs.
There was nothing missing, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, spacious dining area, cosy living room with a view of the beautiful Heide landscape.
Baker and groceries within walking distance.
What more could you want?
We will be happy to come back.

Dream holiday in a dream house
Beautiful house with absolutely tasteful furnishings in a super quiet location! We felt so comfortable! The house is cosy and big with small, beautiful bedrooms. It is in the middle of the forest, you can see the deer from the dining table, the night is dark, you only hear the trees in the wind. A holiday in the best sense!
