Description
The holiday home (85sqm) is in a very quiet location in the historic old town of Speyer, directly at the monastery wall of St. Magdalena. In 2008,2011,2014,2017 and 2020 the holiday home was awarded 4 stars. The roof was insulated and re-roofed in 2013 according to the latest thermal insulation regulations. The sights are all within a short walking distance (cathedral approx. 5 min)
The renovated rooms have been individually furnished. The holiday home is divided into 2 floors. On the upper floor there are 2 separate bedrooms and shower/WC. The bathroom has been redesigned. The basement contains a well-equipped kitchen, separate dining room, living room with flat screen 40 inch (cable TV), W-Lan and DVD player.
The house is smoke-free, but I offer a separate room overlooking the garden for smokers. Telephone and internet connection available. Bed linen is included in the price. Bath towels and kitchen linen included.
Unfortunately pets cannot be accepted.
Arrival time from 15:00 to 17:00 or by arrangement. Departure until 10:00 am.

Beautiful holiday home in a central location
Dear Mrs Dick,
we felt very comfortable in your holiday home.
We really liked the quiet location, directly on the monastery wall with a view of the monastery and the cathedral. Since we stayed so centrally, we were able to leave the car for a week and only travelled by bike. We would also like to emphasise the cleanliness and cosiness of the house.
Many thanks for the nice conversations and the tips we received.
All in all it was a perfect holiday week.

Highly recommended!
Exceptionally cosy, centrally and very quietly located holiday home. You can sit outside in your own small, beautifully designed courtyard on warm days. The city centre can be reached on foot within 5 to 10 minutes, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Rhine or the Museum of Technology
Speyer has a very nice city centre with many good restaurants next to the cathedral
Mrs Dick, the landlady, gave us a warm and uncomplicated welcome.

Quite outstanding
The house is close to the centre - whether to the cathedral, the many churches, the technology museum - everything is within easy walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find many nice pubs and cafés. All this in the very special flair of the old town!
The house is tastefully and lovingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Many thanks to Mrs Dick - the very nice and friendly owner!

It does not get any better than this
This beautiful cottage - within walking distance of the city - with a view of the magnificent monastery is furnished with so much attention to detail and taste. It really lacks nothing and makes you feel right at home. The idyllic terrace provided us with relaxing evenings. Pure relaxation is pre-programmed here. Thank you to our lovely hostess. We can only recommend this holiday dream.

A dreamy holiday home
The location is close to the old town and yet peaceful, the house is very nicely furnished, lovingly designed and you can feel completely comfortable. Mrs. Dick is an extremely attentive and friendly landlord who takes care of everything. The Rhine and the old town are within walking distance. Wonderful!!
