Description
The apartment is located in a typical stone house, which houses three other similar apartments. All in the style of old Tuscan country houses, characterized by stone walls, characteristic brick arches and wooden beams.
The décor reflects the rustic style of Tuscany and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with many details such as flower vases, handmade curtains, terracotta cups and custom wooden shelves. Old wooden cabinets and chests of drawers, wrought-iron beds and rustic stone fireplaces complete the harmonious picture.
The house is embedded in a large, fenced garden of about 2,000 m in size. There is a 9,20 x 4,50 m swimming pool with warm outdoor shower, children's games, a roof with table tennis and a multi-purpose playing field for volleyball and football. Each apartment has a part of the garden and an equipped arbor, to spend pleasant moments of relaxation and cozy meals outdoors.
The extensive park is characterized by the typical Mediterranean vegetation with cypresses, palms and pines. Oleander shrubs and lavender bushes exude the scent of the south here. The oval pool is embedded in this lush vegetation. For younger guests there is also a playground with swings and slides.
The farm, run by the owners, covers an area of about 80 hectares and produces excellent organic produce such as extra virgin olive oil, wine and honey. These products can also be purchased locally.

The Agriturismo Le Badie is located about 8 km from the village of Castellina Marittima and only 10 km from the sea. It is also the perfect starting point for excursions into the interior of the region.
Thanks to the conventions of Agriturismo Le Badie with some local partners, guests can go horseback riding in the area at reasonable prices or spend their days on a sailing ship.
About 10 km away is the village of Pomaia, which has become famous in recent years due to a Buddhist center of Tibetan faith. The center follows the same school as the Dalai Lama and has been visited several times by the spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhism.
