This comfortable holiday home is inspired by the charming architectural style of the region and offers all the luxury and comfort you are looking for in a relaxing stay.
The holiday accommodation is located on a spacious corner plot of 400 m² on the smallest island of the park. The garden borders the water on two sides, providing plenty of privacy, tranquility, and a wonderful view of the wide waters between the islands. Just around the corner you can directly reach the Stompaardse Plas and explore the river "De Bernisse" by water. In the entire Bernisse area, only electric or non-motorized boating is allowed, which guarantees peace and a natural experience.
Enjoy sun and shade at any time of day on the two large verandas. The corner veranda, with an area of 36 m², leads directly to your own fishing and boat dock. Safety for children is paramount: this veranda can be securely closed with gates. The holiday home includes two private parking spaces.
The house accommodates six people and features a modern kitchen equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The bright and cozy living room forms the heart of the house, where you can relax together. On the upper floor there are three spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds. Here you will also find a luxurious bathroom with a second toilet and a traditional sauna for complete relaxation. For added safety, child gates are installed on the stairs.
The house offers free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, radio, CD and DVD player, as well as various board games for cozy evenings with family and friends. There is a washing machine in the storage room.

The holiday home is located in a beautiful spot in the park, Zuytland Buiten. The adjoining garden borders the water on two sides. This gives you a great view from the 36 m² corner veranda on the waterside or from your own jetty. The old Dutch village of Zuidland is within walking distance from the park. The former North Sea inlet Haringvliet, the North Sea coast, the historic Brielle, the fortifications of Hellevoetsluis and the seaside resorts Rockanje, Oostvoorne and Ouddorp, Rotterdam, Europoort are just a stone's throw away. In the park there is a reception where you can rent bicycles. The recreation and leisure area “Bernisse,” of which the park is a part, offers opportunities for various water sports as well as for long hiking and cycling tours. There are also good fishing grounds in the surrounding area. The surroundings of the holiday home: Rotterdam (32 min), Rockanje (25 min), Delft (36 min), Leiden (43 min), The Hague (41 min), Dordrecht (37 min), Hellevoetsluis (20 min), Amsterdam (69 min), Oud-Beijerland (39 min)
In the park itself there is a reception where you can rent, among other things, bicycles, SUP boards, canoes, and small boats. A bread roll service can also be arranged here.
The village of Zuidland with its leaning church tower is very close to the park. Here you will find, among other things, a supermarket, a bank, a snack bar, and several restaurants.
Within a radius of about 20 km are charming places such as the historic Heenvliet, Brielle, and Hellevoetsluis, as well as the North Sea beach of Rockanje. Spijkenisse and Rotterdam are also quick and easy to reach.
Water sports, cycling tours, nature experiences, historic towns, museums, and shopping – all this is abundantly possible in the immediate vicinity.
