Whether you want to play golf, cycle, hike or simply relax, in our two holiday homes newly built in 2019 -which have now been awarded four stars- you can holiday in style and leave everyday life behind.
The two holiday homes are sheltered in the second row in the centre of Owingen near Überlingen in the Lake Constance district, just 6 km from the lake. From here you can go on extensive excursions through nature on foot or by bike.
The location is quiet and yet all shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. A pastry shop, a pharmacy, a butcher and a very well-stocked grocery store with bakery are each only 20 or 200 m away. The golf course can be reached in two minutes by car or bicycle.
The golf club Owingen-Überlingen has an idyllic 18-hole course with a view of Lake Constance. Even for non-golfers a meal, coffee or snack in the restaurant or on the terrace of the club is an experience.
The two holiday homes are identical in terms of furnishings and each has three full bedrooms, including a large studio in the attic with a separate, large roof terrace. All bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds 1.8 m wide. These each have two anti-allergic oversized duvets (1.55 m by 2.20 m).
In addition, each bedroom has its own TV, an armchair and, of course, possibilities to store your clothes.
On the ground floor is the separate guest toilet with washstand, a small hallway with wardrobe, the spacious living / dining room and an open kitchen. In the living room sofa and armchairs offer space for six people.
The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, high-quality pots and pans, plenty of glasses and cutlery in gastro quality, toaster and coffee maker for coffee capsules and one for filter coffee.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the modern bathroom there is a ground level shower, double vanity and toilet.
Towels are provided during your stay. An initial stock of consumables such as soap, facial tissues, toilet paper and cosmetics make it easy to arrive on weekends or holidays.
On the top floor is the third bedroom in the form of a studio with sitting area and private roof terrace with additional outdoor seating.
In the garden -which can be reached via the patio door in the living room- there is a high-quality seating area for six people, a barbecue and three loungers.
General: the houses have underfloor heating in all living areas, electrically controlled external blinds and an automatic ventilation system. In each house WLAN and satellite TV is available free of charge. The bed linen is provided by us, which means that the beds are already freshly made upon your arrival - just like in a hotel!
If you stay for several weeks, towels and bed linen will be provided fresh every week. By arrangement, the house can also be cleaned during your stay. Additional charges apply here.
Each house has its own parking space directly at the entrance.
Miscellaneous:
Check in from 4 pm, on the day of departure the house must be vacated by 11 am.
There is a washing machine in the cellar which can be used.
For hygienic reasons we do not have a baby cot or high chair in the house. Furthermore, we would like to point out that the open stairs in the house pose a risk of accident for children under six years!
Cats are not allowed for allergy reasons, dogs on request.
The deposit of 250€ is due at least one week before the start of the holiday.

Due to the good infrastructure Owingen offers everything that is necessary for a relaxed holiday (even without a car). Here you can still find the corner shop with a rich assortment. The bakery and the butcher in the village still produce their goods according to old craft traditions, which you can also taste!

Great starting point for cycling tours around Lake Constance
Great house in 2nd row in Owingen, 2 minutes to bakery, butcher, doner, pizza.... - so it doesn't matter whether it's fresh rolls in the morning or the "quick hunger" in the evening after a bike ride - it goes both ways. The rolls at the bakery Mayer are bombastic craftsmanship at its best, baked goods that get the day off to a great start. Everything you need is available in the house, including the first equipment: plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper.... everything is there.
The house offers enough space for 6 people to retreat, small front garden with seating and parasol. In the morning already sun on the roof terrace, in short - worth a recommendation.
We started with the MTB from Owingen to Uhlingen, Meersburg, Salem and surroundings - and had great experiences at Lake Constance with day trips between 30-60 km
Clear recommendation gastronomy - the golf course with restaurant Lugenhof - great food at a fair price with sensational views of Lake Constance and the Alps.

Holiday at Lake Constance
We stayed in this beautiful holiday home for a week in September with 6 people. The furnishings are very modern and beautiful. The equipment was exceptionally extensive. We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay. We will gladly come again!

"Vacation home is an understatement for this lovingly designed domicile. Everything you need and much more is available here. One can only feel comfortable here. Mrs. Albert as the hostess was always available for information with her warm nature. We found it hard to say goodbye and we will certainly return soon."
