Dear Berlin Visitors! The private holiday apartment is just in the center of Berlin. You are at S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße only a few meters of he bride boulevard "Unter den Linden" - this street leads to the Brandenburger Tor and to Alexanderplatz.

The Friedrichstraße with the famous Palast is only 3 min. away. You can walk to the Museumsinsel with Pergamon Museum, Hackeschen Höfe, Jewish Synagoge, Berliner Dom, Komische Oper, Staatsoper, Humbold University, Rotes Rathaus, Gerdamenmarkt, the Foreign Ministery and many other famous sights.

The holiday apartment is cosely furnished with place for 6 persons. Here you can relax from your Berlin Tours sitting on the balcony - it´s completely silent. The apartment will only be rent to non-smoker. At least 3 days to stay. BERLIN the place to go!

Unfriendly and agreements not kept.

The apartment was unfortunately not clean and the check-out was at 10 o'clock, but the cleaning lady came way too early, the landlady was also very unfriendly.
I felt very embarrassed before my visit. Unfortunately, not recommended.

Als Gastgeber habe ich stundenlang darauf gewartet, die Gäste zu begrüßen, weil sich die Anreisezeit sich viele male geändert hat. Ich finde es nicht unfreundlich, wenn ich ihnen dann spät am Abend die SCHLÜSSEL AN DIE AUTOBAHN BRINGE, damit sie nicht durch die halbe Stadt fahren müssen um sie abzuholen. Dafür habe ich keine extra Gebühr verlangt, obwohl die Nacht nur 15 € pro Person gekostet hat.
Wenn Gäste um 10 Uhr noch im Bett liegen, ist es nicht so angenehm für die Putzfrau.
