IN MALCESINE our "LA VILLETTA" is a very and romantic annex building of a liberty style villa dated 1912 and totally restored in the year 2016.
The cottage is for max 2 peoples and is very comfortable and fully equipped, it has on the ground floor a cozy living room with kitchenette and SAT TV, on the 1st floor the bedroom with double bed, the bathroom with shower and a nice balcony overlooking Lake Garda.
Outside there is a large terrace always with a beautiful and wide lake view, with table, chairs, sun umbrella and deck chairs.
Parking for cars is also available and nearby 150 metres, included in the price.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi available and included in the price.

IN THE CENTER BUT QUIET - The house is located in the center of Malcesine, accessible from a pedestrian and very quiet street.
Harbor, Scaliger Castle, supermarket, cable car, restaurants, shops and bars are all nearby, the car is not necessary, the beautiful lake promenade and beach on the lake are about 500 meters far away.
The bus station is 200 metres from the house and the jetty for the ships is 100 metres far from the house.
Sorry, pets are not welcome.

Very pleasant stay in the middle of Malcesine.
Beautiful location, beautiful views from various terraces, and a magnificent courtyard. However, it is difficult to reach for older or physically challenged individuals.

Very nice accommodation in a prime location
The cottage offers enough space for 2 people. The view from the terraces and balcony of the lake and the old town is impressive. The furnishings are modern and stylish. The old town, the lake, and a supermarket can be reached in a few steps. The accommodation can only be reached on foot, but the car can be parked in a parking lot a 7-minute walk away. We really enjoyed the vacation and the accommodation as a starting point for activities.

TOP for 2!
Very nice accommodation, clean and well maintained! Lake view from 3 terraces, what more could you ask for. Within a few minutes, you can walk to the middle of the old town or to the supermarket. The arrival and departure can be a bit challenging as the accommodation is only accessible via a steep footpath/stairs (no parking in front of the house), but this did not bother us. We will definitely not be the last time here.

...for us the best vacation rental at Lake Garda.
The hosts are so nice and welcoming, the holiday cottage is perfect for us, very centrally located, you can just leave the car and explore everything in the area on foot. Restaurants (really a lot) and supermarket only 5 min. away.
We will definitely come back.
