Our holiday home has 2 bedrooms, bedroom "1" has a box-spring bed with back-friendly mattresses (hardness level 2&3), bedroom "2" has 2 single beds with adjustable head and footboard, and a children's travel bed is also available.
The dining area offers 4 seats and a children's high chair.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable living area and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker (ceramic hob), oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster.
It is also equipped with enough cutlery, crockery and pots.
Our bathroom (renovated in 2014) is equipped with WC, washbasin and a shower with low access.
The holiday home Thea has a garden, surrounded by a natural stone wall and planted with grasses and Sylt roses. It has a partially covered terrace as well as a barbecue area, barbecue utensils terrace furniture, there is a car parking space on the property. A handcart and 2 bicycles are available free of charge.

Our holiday home is located away from the dyke in a quiet area with its small cutter harbour and green beach, guaranteeing pure relaxation. Behind the dike, the North Sea and the world heritage green beach (free of charge) are waiting for you. There are playgrounds for children, parking spaces, a snack bar and an a la card restaurant with typical North German cuisine are located in the area. During the holidays the bakery comes every morning with fresh baked goods, the daily newspaper and things you need for a good breakfast. You can always get fresh milk at the petrol station or fresh North German food at the farm shop.

There is no room for boredom around Spieka-Neufeld. Visit the mudflat bath in Dorum-Neufeld (5 minutes away by car), which offers daily bathing fun regardless of the tide, whether relaxing in the bubble pool with a view of the sea or sliding in the wave pool.
