The 130 sqm villa is located in the Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne and is approximately 800 meters from the dunes and the kilometers-long sandy beaches of the North Sea. The villa is very cozy and comfortably furnished for 6 people. On the ground floor, you will find 1 double bedroom with TV, a light-flooded living room with a fireplace and large smart TV, a small conservatory, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator including freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and ceramic hob. There is also a bathroom with a hydro jet shower and a separate toilet. A utility room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board is also available. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The fenced garden with a south-facing terrace invites you to relax. There is a parking space directly at the house. Freezer, induction cooker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower/bathtub, and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor are 2 double bedrooms, a small single room, and a 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the beautiful garden, there is a terrace with optimal sun orientation.
You are welcome to bring your dog – in Julianadorp, dogs can accompany their owners to the beach all year round and are welcome everywhere. (The garden of the villa, however, is not fenced)
Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
There is a lot to do in the area, so that children never get bored. The newly built subtropical swimming pool was opened in the summer of 2016. Attractive playgrounds, a climbing park, 9-hole golf course, mini-golf and family golf, tennis courts, as well as horse riding opportunities and numerous excursion destinations complete the offerings.

The holiday villa Düne is located in a good location in the Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne, one of the most beautiful holiday parks in the Netherlands. This region has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands!
There is plenty to do in the area, so children will never be bored. The newly built subtropical swimming pool has been open since summer 2016. Attractive playgrounds, a climbing park, 9-hole golf course, mini golf and family golf, tennis courts and horse riding facilities and plenty of destinations complete the offer.

Cancellation terms:
You may cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are liable for compensation for any damages incurred by us: from the day of booking confirmation by the landlord to the 60th day before the start of the rental, the amount of the deposit is due. From the 59th day before arrival, 90% of the travel price must be paid. German rental law applies. If the rental period can be rebooked, the payments made will be refunded minus a processing fee of 50 €. You may provide a substitute person who can enter into the contract under the stated conditions. In the event of closed borders or a government-mandated general prohibition on accommodations (which is unconditional), the entire payment will be refunded. An obligation to quarantine or test, as well as a recommendation not to travel or classification as a risk area does not qualify as a prohibition. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance including cover for COVID-19.

...a very nice holiday home. With everything you need. With 6 people also enough space. The garden is inviting for relaxation. Our dogs also felt comfortable. Thumbs up.
