It is a comfortable vacation apartment. It is located in a building with 6 units on the upper floor with a daylight bathroom and balcony. Central yet quiet location. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the lake (Kolk). With a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality dishes and cutlery for 10 people, free Wi-Fi, 2 TVs. There is a sofa bed with a real mattress available in the living area. Here you sleep just as comfortably as in a normal bed, real wood parquet, underfloor heating, electric blinds, bathroom radio, Blu-ray player with sound output through separate speakers, storage room for bicycles.

There are five ground floor apartments and 1 upper floor apartment located on Frisiastraße, Hattermannsweg, Muschelweg, Am Warft, and Fischerweg. Five stars are a joke.
The apartment was relatively clean. But to offer it as a 5-star accommodation is a joke. Four people barely had space in the living room, as there was only one living-dining area and it was very cramped. The beds are made of wood, old, and hard. They creaked with every turn. The toilet and shower are also very small. All in all, the apartment is suitable as a place to stay, but nothing more. For 6 people as advertised, it is completely unacceptable. Price-performance ratio is not justified. Too expensive and not justified by the location.

Tolle Wohnung
This is a really beautiful, very clean, and newly furnished holiday apartment that is particularly well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. There is even a self-sewn blackout curtain for the attic. Very quiet location, we could not hear anything from outside or the other apartments. We didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. Contact with the landlord was uncomplicated and very nice. Everything is within walking distance. Would love to come back!
