Location and surroundings of object
The bright, friendly corner flat is located on the north-west side of the building facing away from the street. From the approx. 20 sqm covered terrace, one looks out onto the communal pool (approx. 6 x 10 m) with children's pool (approx. 2.50 x 2.50 m) in the green area in the inner courtyard.
From the lift to the flat door, one walks through a transparently covered pergola decorated with flowers.
The modern furnishings of the flat leave nothing to be desired. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with sofa in front of the flat-screen TV (also German TV programmes), air conditioning (cold / warm), free internet access, ceiling fan as well as a dining area in front of the large sliding bar door to the balcony.
The open-plan fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, separate hot-air oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.
The modern bathroom has a short bathtub and a washing machine.
The bedroom with ceiling fan has two wide single beds (135 x 190 and 105 x 190 cm) and a large built-in wardrobe.
The beach is about 200 m away, the supermarkets about 3 minutes on foot and the next restaurant is only a stone's throw away. Here you live away from the busy tourist zone, but you are still in the centre of the village with its many shops and restaurants and close to the sea and beach.
