Description
In our house we rent 4 apartments. Two apartments are type A2+2 and second 2 are A4+2. House is located 200 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast and 15 minutes (1000 meters) walking distance from the town of Baška.
Apartment Karla (A4+2, approx 40 square meters + 14 square meters terrace) is placed on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 to 6 persons. It has 2 double bedrooms (in first room bed is 160*200 and in second bed is 140*200. Mattresses are with pocket springs.), 2 baths, kitchen and living room with extra bed for 2 more persons. Extra bed is gray couch that extends into a bed 140*200. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep.
Kitchen and living room are one open space. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooking plate, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery, dishes… Both bathrooms are with shower, toilet and hair dryer and in one bathroom is washing machine.
Apartment is equipped also with towels and bed linen.
This apartment has air conditioning, wifi free, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart SAT TV in every room, safety deposit box and insured parking place in the yard.
Apartment has 4 stars and it was finished in mid-June 2016.
From the front side apartment is on the ground floor with a classic window and balcony door. From the lateral side, windows are small as they are in the basement apartment.
This apartment has view on the countryside (garden view).
On request, I can give you outdoor mobile grill for barbecuing in the garden.
Also for your baby, in apartment I can put baby bed, baby feeding chair and baby stroller. All these items are free of charge.
Iron and ironing board --> If you need it, you can use the iron and the ironing board. For now, we have 1 iron and 1 ironing board that can be used by all guests in all 4 apartments.
For your information: iron and the ironing board are not located in apartment, but they are free to use. I will bring them to your apartment.
In the rental season we live in the apartment next to apartment Karla. So, If you come to this apartment, we will be the first neighbors. :)
We want that You have a nice holiday in Baska at our apartments. So, feel free to ask for any help or any directions that you might need during your stay. The nearest grocery store, bakery, coffee bar and restaurant are 200 meters away. So, there is no need for a car unless you want to explore other places on the island.

Location and surroundings of object
Beside "Vela Plaža" (the Big Beach) in the surrounding area are around thirty pebble beaches which can be reached on foot or by taxi boat.
Besides the beaches, the old historic center, the remains of Roman settlements and religious monuments, Baska is also known by oldest Croatian written document (the 900 years old Baska Tablet).
The visitors of Baska can also enjoy in walking and hiking in the countryside. This Tourist trails have been signposted and there are a total of 19, which have a total length of over 80 km.

Beach holiday
From front to back everything was perfect, very nice and loving landlords!!! They surprised us with many delicious saxons. We have been going to Croatia for many years but this was the best holiday

Karla is beautiful and modern terrace flat!
Very modern and well maintained flat with terrace, barbecue facilities, two bathrooms, TV in each room and other good facilities
On arrival in Zarok, surprisingly, as it can be seen in the pictures, bowl of fresh fruit was waiting for us :)
Tomislav as host is always very friendly and helpful. He even offered us his own bike for the holiday in Zarok.
The location was also perfect. It was not even a 5-minute walk to the sea beach and the car was also always in front of our eyes in the garden.
All in all, it was a very nice and comfortable beach holiday in Baska!

A wonderful holiday
The accommodation is very good, there is everything you need, the rooms are new and modern. The landlord is very nice and takes care of all your wishes. The flat is very close to the beach. All in all it was a round thing!!! Very happy to come back!!!
