Description
The newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms (Double and another bedroom with twin beds), a large bathroom with shower, a window and a huge mirror. (with hairdryer). There is a wide corridor with hangers and shoes.
The largest room is the lounge for relaxing with TV + SAT and WIFI, table, chairs and sofa. In this room there is air conditioning with remote control that can regulate temperature and duration. In front of the hall there is a large terrace where you can eat while enjoying the view of the whole lake or you can lie down with the 2 deckchairs available. The terrace is equipped with a tent and therefore pleasantly cool even at warm temperatures.
You exit the other terrace from the kitchen or from the master bedroom to spread linen or sunbathe in the morning.
In the end the new kitchen equipped with DISHWASHER, gas stove (4 plates) oven, fridge with freezer and German coffee machine complete with cutlery, plates, pots and containers.
Under the apartment private parking space. A cellar is also available to leave bikes, Thule or baby carriages.

Perfect for us
We (2 adults and 2 children 11 and 12 years) were guests of Mrs Daniela Perotti in the flat Kiara from 22.7. - 29.07. 2018. Starting with the furnishings of the flat, to the wonderfully friendly landlady and the perfect location of the flat for us, it was a dream holiday. The only point of criticism is the street in front of the house, which of course was busy during the peak holiday season. However, as there were external blinds all around and 2 air conditioners or alternatively ceiling fans, I don't see this as a problem, but for some it might be important information. The flat itself is clean and modern and has 2 large balconies, you could sit outside in the evening and enjoy the red wine bought in the supermarket next door with a fantastic view over the lake. There is Wi-Fi (called WiFi in Italy) and a TV, which we did not need. The location is excellent as a starting point for all kinds of activities. The beach and the harbour are only a few metres away, as well as various restaurants and a bar. You can take the boat across the lake every hour and you are also in a perfect area for sporting activities such as hiking, cycling tours, etc. We can recommend the apartment to others with a clear conscience
