Description
Villa Eleni is ideal for families! There are no balconies for safety reasons of children as it is ground level. It is 95m2 and has immediate access to the swimming. It is fully equipped.
The holiday apartment has 3 bedrooms-one with a double bed, TV, sofa and wardrobe, one bedroom with a double bed, and one more with two single beds. On request, we can put a baby bed and a baby chair inside without any further cost.
It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood just few meters (980m) from Matala beach. Offer private parking, Wi Fi & A/C.
Our group of villas consists of 3 independent & fully equipped apartments-villas:Villa Marilena, Villa Eleni & Villa Marina. All of them have independent access. All of them have their own garden with lawn and BBQ area.

Location and surroundings of object
Close to you there are some of the finest beaches of Crete. 980m away are famous Matala beach,which can be reached through a very pleasant route walking on foot from the villa. Then if you like you can also visit Red Beach, Komos Beach, Vathi and Agiofaraggo.
In the surrounding area you can visit the archaeological place of Phaistos and Gortina. Just 150m away from the villa there is the bus station and in 900m there are many shops and a super market as well.

Perfect
We had a dream holiday. The best thing is the warm and hospitable nature of the landlord and his girlfriend. We were there in times of Corona and don't know if it is otherwise overcrowded with people. But the house and the property are a quiet place and it doesn't bother that the pool is used by three flats.
recommend for: adventure and experience, disabled persons, holiday with children, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday, romantic holiday

Perfect house for holidays!
The house is quite new and clean. The garden is very nice and the pool is right outside the front door. The owner is helpful and is available for questions in his tavern, which by the way is also highly recommended.
