Description
70 sqm. Lovingly furnished self-catering house for 2-3 people at 1200 m above sea level on the Saualpe. In winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle or snow chains are recommended. From the house you have a fantastic view into the Lavanttal on the left the Koralpe and on the right the Petzen. Surrounded by forests you have the possibility to hike or to explore the area by bike. The surrounding area is a fantastic mushroom and berry area. The house and the surrounding area are a paradise for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, hikers, families with children and couples with or without dogs. Whirlpool in the garden can be used in spring, summer and autumn. In the house also infrared heating. Safe, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, maximum 1-2 dogs on request / additional costs! Own mountain spring water!!!!!
The house consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 small anteroom, dining room, small dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric stove, Saeco fully automatic ,filter coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer, dishes and dish towels available. In addition, there is the possibility to cook in the kitchen with an additional stove. Sugar, salt and pepper available
The bedroom has a double bed, chest, chest of drawers, a satellite TV with DVD player, a window overlooking the garden, a radio with DVD player. Bed linen available and included in the price.
The bathroom consists of a bathtub, toilet and sink. Toilet paper, towels, hairdryer, bathrobe and bath towels are provided and included in the price. The hot water is to be heated with a rustic bath stove. The wood is provided by the landlord
In the anteroom there is the possibility to heat with pellets throughout, the pellets are provided free of charge.
In the living room there is a HAAS stove with a viewing window to spend cozy hours if necessary. The living room also has a satellite TV system, music system, various board games, a leather couch that is extendable and 1-2 people can sleep. 2 large windows overlooking the garden. Additional blankets and pillows for cozy winter evenings
The house was generally renovated at the end of 2017, the floors are laminate, in the bathroom tiles. The wood and pellets are provided by the landlord free of charge. Parking spaces available free of charge
In the storage room there is the possibility to deposit the suitcases. In addition, there is a freezer and it contains all the cleaning materials (vacuum cleaner, floor mop, broom and various cleaning products). Ironing board, iron and clothes horse available. 1 dog on request.
In the garden a sauna barrel with panoramic window,infrared sauna and steam sauna. A terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Outdoor shower ( winter not) On request 1 x Nordic walking on site in summer, 1 x snowshoe hiking in winter

The object is located on the Saualpe with a view of the beautiful Lavanttal, to the left the Koralpe and to the right the Petzen. Surrounded by forests you have from the front door away the possibility to hike in summer, to explore the area by bike or to enjoy nature with your dog on a long extensive walk. The surrounding area is a fantastic mushroom and berry area. In winter there is the possibility to go snowshoeing, sledding and hiking through the mostly snowy forest. Smokers are asked to smoke in the outdoor area, as it is not allowed in the house. The garden with about 1500 square meters consists of a children's playground, trampoline - parents are responsible for their children - an arbor with open grill, large table and 6 seats to end the evening with existing fire baskets under a starry sky cozy. Also the terrace invites with the seating to linger comfortably to enjoy the sunset. There is the possibility to close the terrace with a gate to be able to stay undisturbed with your dog. An area in the garden with 1.80 meter high fence is also suitable for dogs running free. No Wlan to be able to really switch off and come down from the gas. Landlords live on the adjacent property to be able to help you at any time
In addition, if necessary, the holidaymakers are offered free fitness classes in the evenings in Wolfsberg from the end of September to the end of June (except in the Carinthian vacations) can occupy. Dreamy beautiful accommodation with a lot of attention to detail
We spent 4 days in the Knusperhäuschen with our dog and simply felt great.
If you want to get away from everyday life and have peace and quiet on vacation, this is the perfect place!
The house, as well as the garden, are lovingly furnished and the whirlpool with a view of the starry sky and the sauna contribute to relaxation.
A special thanks goes to the hostess. We rarely experienced such a warm-hearted person. There were small attentions everywhere in the house - even the dog didn't miss out. You could always contact her if you had any questions and she was available with many tips for leisure activities. A huge thank you for this!
We can only recommend this accommodation!

very nice little house with (almost) everything you need...
the house is really beautiful. sauna, whirlpool everything is there. also in the kitchen everything is available that you need for cooking. the hosts really take care of everything and are very nice. it is well-kept and clean. thanks to the hot water generated by the wood stove, the bathroom is always nice and warm. two things were not quite perfect for us. the house is really remote. no inn or supermarket is within walking distance. furthermore, there is no cell phone reception in the house or on the property, and the wifi is hardly usable. sending a WhatsApp message works, but working on your phone for a few hours or planning the next tour is hardly possible. that's a bit of a shame. but that is due to the remote location. otherwise, everything was really top-notch!!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung . Wir vermieten nun doch schon lange , und leider sind Sie der erste Gast , wirklich der allererste Gast in unserem Ferienhaus der nicht 100 Prozent zufrieden ist... Das ist sehr schade und mich persönlich trifft es ein wenig, bezüglich auch da Ihre Bewertung den Durchschnitt dadurch beeinflusst. Das es kein Geschäft fußläufig gibt , liegt daran das,daß Ferienhaus ja auf der Alm liegt ( 1200 m Seehöhe) INSERAT!!!!.Urlaub mit Hund , Wandern, abschalten, relaxen.....
Bezüglich telefonieren, leider ist der Empfang wie gesagt anders wenn man von Wald und Wiesen umgeben ist , auf der Alm ist, nicht in der Stadt, aber möglich!!!! SORRY....
WLAN betreffend , ist das gesamte Grundstück, 1500 qm.mit drei verschiedene WLAN verbunden. Vielleicht haben Sie sich nicht in alle drei eingeloggt! Es tut uns natürlich sehr leid, wenn Sie das als Kriterium Ihres Urlaubes sehen das Sie nicht stundenlang über WLAN arbeiten konnten.
Zusammen gefasst.....der nächste Urlaub nicht mehr auf der Alm sondern wieder mitten im Geschehen:) Stadt, Lärm , egal Hauptsache das Internet ist perfekt und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar:) Vielleicht den falschen Ort gebucht!!!!

A perfect relaxing holiday, with loving hosts!
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Knusperhäuschen for a week and were lovingly welcomed with freshly baked cake, homemade jam and a liqueur! Birgit and Klaus Perchtaler were always open to questions and recommended all the sights and restaurants to us! We spent a very romantic and quiet holiday and only returned home with a heavy heart. The house was very clean, lovingly furnished and rich in detail! All in all, it is a great value for money and we will definitely be back!
