a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, dishcloths, dish detergent and sponges;
a living area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), wooden ceiling that makes the house very cozy, 32-inch flat-screen satellite TV, Wifi internet connection with excellent signal throughout the apartment, air conditioning (operating from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM); 00);
a bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, dresser and mirror;
bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and supplies of toilet paper and liquid hand soap;
a small storage room;
large balcony with lake views and two new and large awnings;

Orchidea is located in a quiet and hystoric village, Sommavilla, only 250 m far to the beaches of the lake. It's surrounded by a large garden, in a quiet area, away from traffic and in contact with ancient olive groves filelds, suitable for those who like relaxation and nature.
The location is also ideal as a starting point for hiking, walking or biking in the vast territory of Brenzone, and just 5 minutes walk you can reach the beaches to practice various sports such as swimming, sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing, sup .
The owners live in the same apartment facility and are therefore always available.

Beautiful vacation with a view of the lake
Beautiful, modern, clean apartment in a quiet location. Super nice landlords, always friendly and helpful. All in all, very family-oriented.

Summer vacation with friends
The apartment was super nice, clean and well-equipped, and the landlords were great too. Only the WiFi sometimes worked very poorly.
The view was beautiful and you were also quickly down by the lake, although the way back was correspondingly strenuous on foot:D
Overall, the apartment and the location are quiet and very suitable for a relaxing vacation. Larger towns with many restaurants, bars, etc. like Malcesine or Torbole can be quickly reached by car or bus :)
