Apartment located on the first floor, in a family-run establishment, Appartamenti Prima Luce, that includes three apartments, just renovated, ideal for 2/4 people and complete with every comfort. The access to the apartment is independent and is directly connected to a private garage.
The apartment consists of :
kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, dish cloths, dish soap and sponges ;
living area with sofa bed (2 places), a wooden ceiling which makes the house very cozy, flat screen satellite Tv and 32 inches, Wifi internet connection with excellent signal throughout the apartment and air conditioning (it works from 5pm to 12am)
bedroom with double bed and big wardrobe, nightstands and mirror;
bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, sink, hairdryer and supply of toilet paper and liquid hand soap;
small closet;
big balcony with lake view and two new and big awnings;
private garage directly connected to the apartment.
In the apartment you find informations, maps and useful tips to guide you to discover the area and the best restaurants and pizzerias in the area.
In a room adjacent to the apartment there are a washing machine, iron and ironing board available to all apartments Prima Luce.

Orchidea is located in a quiet and hystoric village, Sommavilla, only 250 m far to the beaches of the lake. It's surrounded by a large garden, in a quiet area, away from traffic and in contact with ancient olive groves filelds, suitable for those who like relaxation and nature.
The location is also ideal as a starting point for hiking, walking or biking in the vast territory of Brenzone, and just 5 minutes walk you can reach the beaches to practice various sports such as swimming, sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing, sup .
The owners live in the same apartment facility and are therefore always available.

Summer vacation with friends
The apartment was super nice, clean and well-equipped, and the landlords were great too. Only the WiFi sometimes worked very poorly.
The view was beautiful and you were also quickly down by the lake, although the way back was correspondingly strenuous on foot:D
Overall, the apartment and the location are quiet and very suitable for a relaxing vacation. Larger towns with many restaurants, bars, etc. like Malcesine or Torbole can be quickly reached by car or bus :)
