Newly built apartment on the second floor, in a house managed by a family, Prima Luce Apartments, which includes three apartments, ideal for 2/4 people, complete with all amenities, located in a quiet area, close to the lake beaches, perfect for nature lovers. The apartment includes:
A kitchen with a new equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stove, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dish towels, dish detergent, and sponges;
A living room with a sofa bed (2 seats), an armchair bed, a 32-inch flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection with an excellent signal throughout the apartment, and air conditioning (operates from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM). A stay (with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, free WiFi, table and chairs, a large refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, coffee machine);
A bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and bedside tables;
A bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and supplies of toilet paper and liquid hand soap;
A small storeroom;
A large balcony and a small balcony, both with a beautiful view of the lake;
Private parking. In the apartment, you will find information, maps, and useful tips for exploring the area and discovering the best local restaurants and pizzerias. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for all Prima Luce apartments in a room next to the house.

Happy to return.
Very nice apartment with a great view of the lake. It is generously sized in a modern style. The furnishings are complete in themselves, but somewhat sparse when it comes to storage options. However, this can also be found in other vacation apartments.

Everything is very clean and well equipped, two balconies with a wonderful view of the lake, quiet location, good restaurants within walking distance, the ascent to the apartment is easily manageable, there is a parking lot directly at the house, but the bus stations are also not far. So, we found it ideal! The landlords are very friendly!

As a person from Northern Germany, one has to get used to an apartment on a slope.
The apartment is a gem, modernly furnished and leaves hardly anything to be desired. Maybe a small table for the small balcony to place a glass of Aperol. All rooms are generously sized. Everything is in impeccable condition. There is nothing to complain about for men/women. Everything from toilet paper to dish soap is available. Cooking and baking could also be done in the apartment if needed. We just reheated rolls. Waste separation is not just a phrase, but explicitly desired. Stefania and Marco are excellent hosts. They are always available and helpful when needed. We were consistently thrilled with the apartment and the hosts and wish Stefania and Marco a full house always. Best wishes, Birgit and Egmont.

Wellness vacation with the Cresotti family
The Cresottis are very nice and pleasant hosts, we felt very comfortable here. The beautiful well-kept garden with many olive trees, a beautiful view of the lake, mountains, and the town of Castello from all windows. The apartment is modern, bright, and very clean. A path leading to an impressive gorge and a high-altitude hiking trail starts directly from the house. We will gladly come back.
