Dreamlike holiday apartment at Lake Garda – House Nicolò ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We spent our vacation this summer at Lake Garda in the Nicolò house (2 adults, 2 children) and were completely thrilled! The location is simply perfect – just a few steps to shops, restaurants, the small marketplace, and especially to the public beach. This way, we could quickly go to the water at any time and return to the apartment if needed. Even the bus stops practically at the front door! The equipment really leaves nothing to be desired: In addition to the usual furnishings, there were many things available that one usually has to buy – soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, toilet paper, spices, and much more. This made our start to the vacation incredibly easier. We especially want to highlight the air conditioning, which was actually a real air conditioning unit and not just a fan, as we have experienced in other accommodations. The car can be easily parked both on the large, furnished terrace or in the parking lot next to the house.
A big compliment also to the owners: We were personally welcomed, shown into the apartment, and supported in a friendly and helpful manner throughout our entire stay. They were always there to assist us with advice and action if we had questions. (English skills are helpful here, as German is only understood to a limited extent.) )
We felt comfortable from the very first moment and immediately booked again for next year. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located holiday apartment at Lake Garda!

Always happy to do it again!
We, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, stayed at Haus Nicolas for 2 weeks. The amenities, the location, and the landlords were just great. We have nothing negative to report. Many thanks also to the super nice neighbor Carlo, who is always ready to help with advice and action. Michela and Claudio, the landlords, were totally helpful and accommodating in every situation. Ideal for holidays with dogs.
If you want a holiday away from the party crowd, Brenzone and House Nicolo are the place to be
On the day we arrived, Michaela and Claudio gave us a friendly welcome and a brief introduction to the flat, which is equipped with everything you need. The flat is ideal for dog owners as it has a fenced outdoor area. The awning means that the dog can also lie outside in the shade. In the direct vicinity there is a pizzeria, a hotel restaurant and a supermarket. The market place is also right next door, where you can buy fresh vegetables on Thursdays. It is about 100 m to the lake/beach. There was a German speaking neighbour for questions on site. Overall, a very recommendable clean flat, with nice landlords.

Well-equipped apartment in a central location
We were warmly welcomed by the hosts Michaela and Claudio. We felt immediately comfortable in the apartment. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Nearby there are a grocery store, pizzeria, market square, and the lake with good swimming spots is only a few meters away. We definitely recommend water shoes. Our small dog could also freely run around thanks to the fenced property. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back again.

Hard to beat!
This flat offers everything we wanted. Handicapped accessible, close to the lake, restaurants, bar and supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance. The furnishing leaves nothing to be desired, even the smallest things are available. The general condition and cleanliness of the flat are excellent. So far, this was the most beautiful holiday home we have ever rented in Italy, we have been on holiday in Italy many times. The landlady greeted and saw us off in a very friendly manner. The only thing that could be improved is the plastic furniture outside.
