Always happy to do it again!
We, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, stayed at Haus Nicolas for 2 weeks. The amenities, the location, and the landlords were just great. We have nothing negative to report. Many thanks also to the super nice neighbor Carlo, who is always ready to help with advice and action. Michela and Claudio, the landlords, were totally helpful and accommodating in every situation. Ideal for holidays with dogs.
If you want a holiday away from the party crowd, Brenzone and House Nicolo are the place to be
On the day we arrived, Michaela and Claudio gave us a friendly welcome and a brief introduction to the flat, which is equipped with everything you need. The flat is ideal for dog owners as it has a fenced outdoor area. The awning means that the dog can also lie outside in the shade. In the direct vicinity there is a pizzeria, a hotel restaurant and a supermarket. The market place is also right next door, where you can buy fresh vegetables on Thursdays. It is about 100 m to the lake/beach. There was a German speaking neighbour for questions on site. Overall, a very recommendable clean flat, with nice landlords.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir wurden von den Gastgebern Michaela und Claudio sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmarkt, Pizzeria, Marktplatz und auch der See mit guten Badestellen ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall Badeschuhe. Auch unser kleiner Hund konnte Dank eingezäuntem Grundstück frei herumlaufen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hard to beat!
This flat offers everything we wanted. Handicapped accessible, close to the lake, restaurants, bar and supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance. The furnishing leaves nothing to be desired, even the smallest things are available. The general condition and cleanliness of the flat are excellent. So far, this was the most beautiful holiday home we have ever rented in Italy, we have been on holiday in Italy many times. The landlady greeted and saw us off in a very friendly manner. The only thing that could be improved is the plastic furniture outside.

Die Wohnung Nicolo, ist tip-top. Sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Cafekapseln, Duschzeug, Seife..... Wirklich alles... Sehr guter Service und super nette Vermieter.

Familienurlaub mit Hund
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne, erholsame Tage am Gardasee. Der Empfang durch Michaela und Claudio war sehr herzlich. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht es ihren Gästen so schön wie möglich zu machen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein abgeschlossener Hof vornedran den man als Stellplatz nutzen kann, bzw. damit Hunde oder kleine Kinder nicht "verloren" gehen :-) .
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Family holiday with dog
We stayed in Michela and Claudio's flat with our family of 4 and dog.
We were warmly welcomed by the landlords and immediately felt at home.
The flat is super clean, modernly furnished and has a very spacious living-dining area.
The bed linen and towels smell really fresh, just like at home.
The flat is equipped with everything:
Dishwasher, oven, cooker, washing machine, air conditioning, all necessary things for the household from top to pan to tablecloth.
The flat is very centrally located. Supermarket, pizzeria, bar and beach are within 1 minute walking distance.
Despite the central location, it is not too noisy
Own parking space for the car is available.
The yard is fenced and was therefore also ideal for our Bernese mountain dog.
This was a very nice holiday.
We will gladly come again.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen
Herzlicher, persönlicher Empfang von Michela und Claudio.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir im Urlaub nicht vermissen wollten.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspühler, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, separates Kinderzimmer usw. Die Unterbringung ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Das Auto hat einen kostenlosen Stellplatz am Haus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Nach einem kurzen Weg ist man direkt am See mit Liegemöglichkeit und schönen Strandbars. Unsere Kinder und wir, waren von der Ferienwohnung begeistert und empfehlen diese sehr gerne weiter.
Lieben Dank an Michela und Claudio für die wertvollen Tipps und die zuvorkommende Betreuung vor Ort.
Wir haben den Urlaub bei Euch sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
