Great hosts
A couple that is very informative, always friendly, and never leaves a question unanswered.
Due to their fluent German, it was perfect for us to get information. Everything you need is available—the terrace is very inviting! The drive to the sea was not a bother, so we could always stock up on groceries at a huge supermarket along the way. Café prices in Massa and the surrounding area are unbeatable—also near the beach! It's a shame that many beaches force you to rent a sunshade, but here are some tips from the landlord to avoid this! We had a great vacation! ⛱!

Dreamlike
We were there in August 2024 and had a wonderful vacation. The facility is dreamlike, from the garden to the view and the apartment. Everything needed for daily use was available in the apartment. The arrival went smoothly. The landlords are warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would go there again anytime.

Great view from the house to Massa and the sea. The marble quarry Micheangelo in Carrara is very worth seeing and impressive. Pisa can be reached quickly and cheaply by train. The beach of Marina de Massa is a great sandy beach. We highly recommend the accommodation and the surroundings.

Holiday flat away from mass tourism
The very nice holiday flat with 2 rooms,2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and well-equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor of a terraced house with separate access.Furthermore, there is a great big garden with citrus fruits for the sole use and beautiful views of the mountains and the sea,a private parking space is located in front of the house.Nino,our always good-humoured and excellent German-speaking landlord made a small city tour with us on arrival,also otherwise provided us Fam. De la Pina with great tips.Shops and restaurants are easily and quickly accessible. The train station with direct connections to Pisa, La Spezia and Florence is a 30-minute walk away. For pure bathers, the beautiful beaches are a bit far, but quickly reached by car. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would rent again with the De la Pina family on our next Tuscany holiday. Thank you again for a very nice holiday.

Ideal flat for a holiday in Italy
The flat has a great location, only a few minutes by car to the beach and shopping facilities; restaurants and bars are within walking distance. There are plenty of places to visit in the area, we couldn't do everything we had originally planned in 14 days. Especially the mixture of mountains and sea in the area is impressive.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and give tips on places of interest, good restaurants or which wine to buy. We also got homemade salad and Nino accompanied us to the car repair shop when we had problems with our car.
All questions before and during the holiday were answered quickly, the reservation was uncomplicated.
For us, it is clear which flat we will take on our next Tuscany holiday ;-)
