Our largest, private flat DIUNE D62A is located in the DIUNE Hotel***** & Resort complex on its top floor. From this flat and its terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea and the park, which is located directly by the sea. The windows of the flat are facing west. Our guests have the possibility to use the restaurant, café or aquapark located in the hotel for a fee. On the premises of the facility there are free parking spaces available for the guests (28 free parking spaces for the visitors of the flats, the rule is that the first one gets a parking space) as well as parking spaces and underground car park which are paid and are paid in the hotel.
The flat consists of:
- Lounge with two large, separable and foldable two-person sofas that can accommodate a total of 4 people (80cm x 200cm for each person), large pouf, LED TV (50"), bluray player, low bench, table and chairs; In the lounge there is a ceiling fan that is controlled by remote control.
- Kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Tchibo coffee machine (15 bar), crockery, pots, cutlery, etc. The bar with bar stools is located between the lounge and the kitchen area.
- a bedroom with a large double bed (160cm x 200cm) with professional hotel damask bed linen, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, LSC TV; in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan controlled by a remote control.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer, cotton towels and washing machine, two small tables and folding chairs; access to the terrace is possible from the lounge and bedroom, from the balcony there is a side view of the sea.
The flat also has beach equipment (sunbeds and beach umbrella), tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and a safe.

Our comfortable, private flat is located in the DIUNE Hotel & Resort complex. The most important feature of this property is its location. The complex is located in the spa part of the town, in the zone where car traffic is prohibited, directly in the park by the sea, at a distance of just 30 metres from the wide, sandy beach. The property owned by the seaside park fits perfectly into the landscape of Kołobrzeg. If you like peace and quiet, communing with nature and at the same time do not want to give up everyday luxury and amenities - this is the ideal place for you. These are flats in Kołobrzeg, but at the same time away from the haze of the city - the resort. The whole area of the complex (ha) is fenced and guarded 24h/24h by a professional security company.
The DIUNE Hotel & Resort complex is located on the first line of the sea, right next to the promenade leading to the amphitheatre, the pier and the port, as well as to a cycle path leading dozens of kilometres both to the west and to the east, including the NATURA 2000 Park.
Kołobrzeg is the largest health resort in Poland, which has three unique features: its own mineral water springs, therapeutic salt brines, peat bogs and iodine-rich sea air. We particularly recommend this flat to cycling enthusiasts. The direct proximity to the sea combined with enchanting landscapes and routes is the fulfilment of every two-wheeled enthusiast's dreams. Cycle paths and routes run through pine-oak forests, on small hills, sometimes in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Picturesque and fairly easy cycle paths are a dream come true for people who are just starting their adventure with cycle tourism.
