The 300-year-old historic rectory of San Martino-Semnago impresses not only with its modern design in combination with the historic building, but also with its spectacular views, which are probably unique on Lake Como. The house can accommodate 4 people on 140m2. There is the possibility in a neighboring Rustico, also with complete kitchen, WIFI and Sat TV, 2 more persons to accommodate. Please ask. In the large garden you will find under the fig tree with the sensational view of the lake and the mountains relaxation. This impressive property will amaze you.

Dream House
The house and the view are simply fantastic. We had a wonderful holiday here from beginning to end. The house is really very tasteful and furnished to a high standard, our expectations were even exceeded. Everything is tip-top clean and very well maintained. You can really relax here. The peace and quiet high up on the mountain really invites you to relax. We felt good all around. Thanks to Mrs Engel for the good service.

Liebe Ramona, ihr ward ganz liebe Gäste und es würde mich freuen euch wieder einmal in einem unserer Häuser begrüßen zu dürfen. Nur eine Frage: die 4 Sterne bei Preis/Leistung passen nicht so ganz zu dem Rest der Bewertung. Vielleicht ein Tippfehler? Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gerschirrspüler, Designermöbel, WLAN und und und sind in einem Ferienhaus nicht selbstverständlich und trotzdem richten wir uns nach den Preisen der anderen Anbietern, die diesen Luxus nicht bieten.
