One of the rustic and typical Maltese farmhouses, with largely original sandstone walls and characteristic round arches. A/C available.
Large, inviting living- and kitchen area and dining table for all 6 persons. The kitchen is well equipped by today's standard. Stylish basket-chairs in the living area, with 43" cable TV. WLAN free of charge. The old, original arches give a very special flair to this area.
The large pool area with its views to the country side, is well equipped with sunbeds, sunshade, table & chairs and BBQ as well. Together with the pool (approx 7x4,5m) it's a wonderful place for recreative holidays! The pool area has no direct access from the kitchen-/living area.
All bedrooms with Air Conditioning, working by coin-box system.
A bedroom with two single beds and a showerroom is on the ground floor as well. On the first floor are a other double- bedroom and a room with 2 single beds . Both bedrooms share another showerroom. These bedrooms are accessible by an external staircase. Washingmachine available.

Location and surroundings of object
The lovely village of Sannat, once known for lace making, is located in the south of the island of Gozo. Even today you can sometimes see women making lace on their doorsteps, although this sociable form of outdoor work has all but died out. From the village you come to the highest and steepest cliffs in Gozo, the Ta' Cenc cliffs, which are about 130 metres high.
Sannat is about 2km south of Victoria - a smaller village with less than 2000 inhabitants. Here you can also find the remains of a prehistoric temple as well as mysterious "cart tracks". In the village itself you can admire a remarkable number of niche altars. The nearest restaurants and supermarket are about 10-15 min. away on foot. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity.
Every year in the third week of July, Sannat celebrates its patron saint's festival, which is well worth seeing, with splendid parades and fireworks.
