The 84 sqm non-smoking / A-frame house (larger than many other tent A-frame houses in Damp) in a very quiet location directly by the spa forest (garden gate to the spa forest 20m away available) in Ostsee Resort Damp also offers complete freedom in the 550 sqm garden. Here you will find sun loungers, matching garden furniture, a covered terrace as well as a second new terrace in the garden, as well as a grill and sunshade, and a beach chair invites you to relax. A small sandbox and a slide are also not missing for the little rascals, as well as a Bobby Car and tricycle. The garden house with a bicycle for fetching rolls daily and a handcart for trips to the beach also allows you to store your bicycles.
The comfortable furnishings offer 5 people an almost carefree vacation.
A private parking space directly in front of the house makes your holiday easier from the very beginning.
An HDTV 40-inch flat screen (FULL-HD/ satellite connection) incl. Google Chromecast on the ground floor as well as a Teufel Box Boomster and YAMAHA WX 010 Bluetooth speakers 'round off' the bright living room. The holiday home has a free Wi-Fi connection with 100,000 kbit/s and also has an X-Box.
In addition to technical entertainment, the house offers a cozy dining area and a 3-seater and 2-seater leather sofa, armchair and footstool. The living room is completed by the stylish fireplace with books and games for relaxing. You can purchase firewood at the nearby Edeka market if needed.
On the ground floor, in addition to a hallway, there is a bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator.
Here you will find a freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove including ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, filter coffee machine and coffee pod machine (Senseo), waffle iron, indoor grill, etc.
A high chair and travel crib for babies are also available to you. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, both equipped with fly screens, for 2 and for 3 people. All mattresses have protectors. 2 mattresses have firmness level 2.5 (= firm to medium) and the others correspond to firmness level 1.5 (= soft to medium). Bedroom 2 is additionally equipped with an HD TV flat screen. In the large second bedroom you will find a play corner for the children; stocked with games and books for all age groups. The entire house is fitted with wipeable floors and is therefore very easy to maintain. There are also carpet runners in the house. The house is fully equipped with smoke detectors and sockets fitted with retrofitted child safety devices.
You may bring up to 2 dogs for a fee. The property is mostly fenced. Additionally, a mobile 25 m dog fence is available. The holiday home is powered by green electricity and is located directly by the Damper Kurwald (15 m), which offers you forest walks and jogging/Nordic walking excursions. The nearby Baltic Sea sandy beach (approx. 900 m) can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes via the adjacent dike and is supervised by the DLRG during the summer season.
In the traffic-calmed town of Damp you will find all the amenities for your holiday, which you can reach directly on foot, such as: Bowling and skittles center, fun and sports center including climbing tower, inline skating track, child care, indoor beach volleyball, squash, tennis courts as well as children's playground, mini golf, water ski facility, surf and sailing school, adventure golf, bicycle rental, promenade / shopping mile, restaurants, hospital, marina, shipping, DLRG beach, dog beach, nudist beach, Vital Center including sauna, wellness center and swimming pool and fitness center and much, much more... like a nearby riding stable about 1.5 km away.
The Damper Entdeckerbad is excellently suited for children and adults. In addition to a toddler bathing area, you will find a large swimming pool in an abstracted form of the Baltic Sea and an event slide as well as an outdoor pool and sauna areas, which can be reached on foot in under 5 minutes! The holiday home has a WLAN connection with DSL 16000! The living room is rounded off by the stylish wood-burning stove with books and games to relax with. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cooker incl. ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee machine and coffee pad machine (Senseo), waffle iron etc. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, which are equipped with fly screens. Bedroom '2' is additionally equipped with a flat screen HD-TV and has a spacious games corner.

Great location, the house is beautiful, clean, and comfortably furnished. Large lawn area, beach chairs, and garden furniture.
Right behind the fence is a forest. The beach is within walking distance.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Fully equipped holiday home in a beautiful and quiet location (right next to the forest at the back), all furnished with attention to detail, nothing is missing, very nice contact with the landlord, unfortunately, we had to leave early (lockdown due to Corona), but we would be happy to come back anytime - recommended in every season.
