You can expect modern, comfortable furnishings. The holiday flat has a bedroom, shower room, separate WC, open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. A parking space is available in front of the flat, as well as a lockable bicycle shed with power connection for charging e-bike batteries. The centre of Kappeln can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Location and surroundings of object
It is only a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian zone of Kappeln's town centre with numerous shopping opportunities and various restaurants. Kappeln is located on the Schlei and is only about 7 km from the nearest Baltic Sea beach. In addition to a small harbour, Kappeln has several pleasure boat moorings. The landscape of Angeln can be explored very well by bicycle from here (rental possibility approx. 10 min. on foot). There is a lockable bicycle shed with electricity for your bicycles.

Everything is fine!
This was a beautiful holiday. The flat is very well equipped and furnished with love.
The location is also very nice - you can reach the harbour quickly on foot. We will gladly come again.

The little seagull is a lovingly furnished holiday flat in maritime style for two people. It really lacks nothing.
The flat is extremely clean and modernly furnished. We felt completely at home. Mr. and Mrs. Preuss are happy to provide tips for excursions and cycling tours. We could even safely park our e-bikes in the garden house. Garden furniture and electric grill for our own roof terrace are available. Two grocery shops are in the immediate vicinity and, like the centre of Kappeln, can be reached on foot in no time. In short, you can spend a perfect holiday here and you won't want to leave...

We received a very friendly welcome and immediately felt very comfortable and at home
and at home in the very beautiful, cosy and lovingly furnished

The flat was very clean and everything for daily use was available
Shopping facilities were within walking distance and the bypass road
did not affect us in any way.

Erholsamme Tage in einer schönen Ferienwohnung
Die Urlaubstage in der "kleinen Möwe" waren für uns Erholsam und toll.
Wir haben 12 schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Hier hat wirklich alles gestimmt, von der Buchung über die Schlüsselübergabe bis hin zum Schlafen. Die schöne FEWO ist sehr gemütlich, super sauber und überaus liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Beautiful holiday
The flat on the first floor with its own access of the Preuss family leaves nothing to be desired. The tasteful, absolutely harmonious furnishings allow the holidaymaker to relax and enjoy perfectly. Everything you need is available. A parking space is available in front of the flat. A shed for bicycles is available. The Sky supermarket (Rewe Group) is 450 metres away and easy to reach on foot or by bike. An EDEKA is 1 km away. The beautiful Kappeln pedestrian zone is 700 metres away and has everything to offer from shopping to dinner. There is plenty to see and explore in the Flensburg-Schleswig-Eckernförde triangle. Unfortunately, there is a deduction for the location. Not because of the location of the house, but because the main road 199 passes the house in about 50 metres and, depending on the traffic and the sensitivity of the holidaymaker, sleeping with the window open is only possible late in the evening. This did not bother us, we had a great time in Kappeln and would come again.

To feel good
We spent a lovely week in this fantastic flat, everything is so lovingly and tastefully furnished, nothing was missing. The landlords are super nice and very helpful. You are very central and also the fresh bread rolls in the morning are only a stone's throw away. The car noise from the ring road behind the property was not so bad for us, as we are not so sensitive. Highly recommended!

Waren spontan auf Kurzurlaub in Kappeln!
Waren spontan auf Kurzurlaub in Kappeln, um Freunde zu treffen. Die Wohnung ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles farblich und maritim aufeinander abgestimmt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse war super nett zum Frühstücken. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man braucht nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und zum Hafen, wo man essen und spazieren kann. Auch ans Meer sind es nur wenige Kilometer.

unerwartete sommerliche Tage
Super Dachgeschoss Ferienwohnung: alles liebevoll, geschmackvoll maritim eingerichtet mit Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer, überall Jalousien, Fahrradschuppen mit Steckdose und diversen Extras z.B. Kerzen, Spiele, Bücher, Stuhlkissen für Terrassenstühle,... . Sehr nette Vermieter, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Stadtnah. Einziges Manko: Die Umgehungstraße verläuft hinterm Grundstück, aber in einer Kleinstadt ist selbst dort Abends Ruhe.

Kurzurlaub an der Schlei
4 Nächte in einer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung ließen uns das nicht so gute Wetter vergessen. Wir fühlten uns überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit vom Ehepaar Preuß empfangen und waren von der Ausstattung und Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung sofort begeistert. Alles passt zusammen, das Farbkonzept ist total gelungen. In einem Wort eine Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
