The property is fully fenced and therefore safe for children and animals. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa, a TV and a fireplace. In the kitchen there is a 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and crockery, glasses and pots. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine as well as various cupboards and a hairdryer. The house is partly equipped with underfloor heating. Otherwise, it is very cosy even in winter due to its electric heating and the fireplace
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and in the garden there are sunbeds and a parasol. A carport is also available as well as a barbecue and a fire bowl.

The property is located on an island called Horst. It is accessible via a bridge, where you can fish, but only with a fishing licence. It is only 1.5 km to the motorway and from there you can be in Berlin or the Spreewald in the other direction in half an hour. Tropical Island is also just a few minutes away. There are also other leisure activities, such as steamboat trips from Teupitz across the chain of lakes or mushroom picking in autumn. Boat trips with a rental boat are also a worthwhile day out. If you want to go to Berlin by train, there is a regional train every hour from Groß-Köris and you can be in Berlin in half an hour. You can also get to Potsdam in a short time and from there it is not far to the Babelsberg film set.

A dream for little money
Absolutely beautiful holiday home with a great location on Lake Teupitz. Parking space with carport, everything very well maintained and clean, lovingly furnished and restored. Fire bowl, barbecue, chairs, swing and sun loungers. Everything is there. Big thumbs up because dogs are allowed!
The landlords are very nice, there is nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back!

Cosy cottage, very well maintained
We were able to relax well. Everything you need for a holiday was there. A fenced-in property for our dogs. ! Unfortunately, there was no direct access to the lake. What we particularly liked was the cleanliness of the holiday home...everything was very well maintained and clean right up to the bed. It should always be like that. The surrounding area is beautifully watery but everywhere only PRIVATE. There is hardly a place nearby where you can take your dogs for a walk in nature or along the water.

Super nice vacation home, very clean and nothing is missing. The landlords are also very nice and always have an open ear. We can only recommend the house. We will definitely come back for a third time.
