Welcome to the holiday paradise of Florida on the Gulf Coast in Cape Coral. Enjoy your vacation in our tastefully decorated Villa Pine Island with its own low-chlorine heated pool and all the comforts for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Our house is centrally located in Cape Coral but quiet in a residential area with a pleasant neighborhood, free from traffic and airplane noise, and is an excellent base for all attractions in Florida. The immediate proximity to the sea (Gulf of Mexico approx. 2.5 KM) offers you all water sports possibilities.
Since we are on site ourselves twice a year, all measures for well-being are implemented immediately.
Our house is managed by a German-speaking property management, which takes exemplary care of our guests and is praised by all guests.

Notice about the pool:
The pool is operated with natural additives and minimal chlorine.
Therefore, showering after swimming in the pool is not necessary. The pool heater can warm the water temperature up to 30 degrees.

It is a small house. Unfortunately, we did not check zillow.com in advance and enter the address; otherwise, we would have seen that the total area is only about 150 square meters (including the large garage), so the living space is only about 110 square meters, not as stated 210 square meters!!!! You can notice this when entering the relatively small living and dining area. Unfortunately, not all tenants have been very careful with the inventory (as can be seen in the kitchen), and some walls would appreciate a bucket of paint. The pool is nice and clean - the pool service does a good job. A small tip: a pool blanket would help retain heat during the cool nights - of course, it's not necessary in the summer. There is no landline telephone in the house. The property manager is very nice and extremely helpful, but he couldn't change that - he gave us his private WhatsApp. For 2 people, 110 sqm is sufficient, but if you're expecting a generous 210 sqm, it's a bit disappointing - just a few small changes and it would be a nice vacation house - thank you very much.
We are a German couple in our mid-50s and have privately purchased this house to use it partly ourselves, but also to offer it for rent to guests. We make sure that even small amenities are available, that the house is always free from any damages or impairments, and that a perfect experience is guaranteed. Our guests have always felt comfortable during their stay in our house.
