I offer you a centrally located holiday flat that impresses with its cosy and good furnishings. It is suitable for visitors to the Ruhr area as well as for longer-term stays, perhaps for professional reasons. The 60 sqm large, spacious flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house with a separate entrance. The flat has a parking space on the property. In good weather, there is the possibility to use the terrace or the garden
It has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, an open living room with sofa bed, TV / radio / Furthermore, a bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and a bathroom with shower / WC.
A travel cot and a high chair are available. In the living room one adult or up to 2 children can sleep on the sofa bed.

Arriving and feeling comfortable.
We had a nice weekend in a super clean, very tastefully furnished apartment. Comfortable beds, everything you need. A beautiful garden that we could use and a small covered terrace. Very nice landlord who also informed us where the nearest bakery, supermarket, etc. can be found. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

A beautiful, lovingly furnished vacation apartment with many stylish details. Everything is coordinated and the apartment is very clean. Our landlords are extremely nice and helpful and completely uncomplicated. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

Very nice flat in a good location in Oberhausen
Three of us stayed in this flat for a weekend. The flat is spacious, well divided and in a quiet street. The landlord is a very nice and warm person. We were even allowed to park our car in the property. We felt very comfortable there. Everything is there. From the kitchen equipment, inventory to wifi. One of us slept on the pull-out couch and said he slept great. The other two slept in the bedroom. The bed and mattresses were great. I slept very well, although we got to bed very late, but that's another story. Oberhausen is great because you don't have far to go to Amsterdam, which we took advantage of. We liked it and the flat is definitely recommendable. 5 stars from all of us!
