Your apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is lovingly and well maintained.
All rooms have natural light with a view of the garden. The windows are fitted with shutters, the floors with laminate and designer flooring.
Of course, you also have the option of accessing the internet free of charge via Wi-Fi.
You reach your apartment via a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen offers you a microwave, oven, coffee machine, NESPRESSO machine on request, kettle, toaster, radio, and a small seating area.
The modernly furnished bedroom offers, among other things, a comfortable double bed, separate wardrobe units, reading lamps, and a large television.

Your 2-room apartment is located in the southern district of Heidingsfeld. Grocery stores and a place for breakfast are within walking distance, as are banks, pharmacies, bakeries, and butchers.
You can easily reach the city center with tram lines 3 and 5 (Heriedenweg stop 200 m away), which usually reach the city in about 15 minutes every 5 minutes.
Thanks to the good connection to the city, you can leave your car and do everything by tram. If you arrive by train, you can conveniently reach your apartment without changing by taking tram lines 3 and 5 (Heriedenweg stop) and then walking about 100 m.
A bike path runs along the Main into the city and to the idyllic wine villages north and south of Würzburg, with many places to stop for refreshments. A particularly beautiful excursion is also a boat trip from Würzburg to Veitshöchheim, where the summer residence and the adjoining court garden of the Prince-Bishop invite you to take a stroll.

You can simply feel comfortable in this good and very clean apartment, and the dear and friendly landlady is helpful, talkative, and cheerful with all questions!
The apartment is practically furnished, - you can easily lead a cozy communal life - or find your peace in a separate room! Furthermore, the terrace - with a view of the well-kept garden - is very suitable for relaxing!
The walking path to the tram is not far, - to shopping options neither, - and one is quickly in the Würzburg city center.
Everything is great, - we would come back at any time!

Beautiful days in Würzburg!
We had announced ourselves by phone and were received very warmly by the landlord. The vacation apartment is fully equipped, very modern and clean, the beds were excellent - we were completely satisfied.
We would love to come back!
