Description

Detached house on approximately 350m ² of land in a quiet, second location to the lake with a good view of the dunes.
Access to the house is regulated by an electronic door lock. Each renter receives an individual code before departure. The advantages are essentially that there is no risk of a key loss and you can arrive and depart at any time regardless of reception hours.
The living area is approx. 80 m² over 2 floors plus 24m² south-facing terrace.
On the ground floor are the living room, the dining area, an open kitchen, a guest / playroom, bathroom and toilet.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The windows of all bedrooms are designed for late risers and / or the darkened afternoon nap with interior blinds made of opaque material. The pull-down staircase has an extendable child protection roller blind so that you can close the stairs and protect your children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher (quiet running), microwave / convection oven, coffee maker (Filter + Senseo), toaster, blender etc.
A safe wall-mounted safe protects your valuables / car keys z. B. during the beach stay from loss.
Furthermore, the house has smoke detectors.
The holiday home has a parking space in the immediate vicinity. If required, additional vehicles can be parked for free on a large collective parking lot in front of the park.
The house was completely renovated in the years 2010 to 2012 and since then provided with new furniture and household appliances. The house has a child-friendly laminate floor on both floors. The sanitary rooms are equipped with new floor tiles and new sanitary objects / fittings. You can expect a fresh, well-kept and modern designed ambience.
Smoking in the rooms is without exception not allowed! Animals are invariably not allowed!

Location and surroundings of object

The park offers a wide range of recreational activities for children. The large adventure playground is designed with swings, climbing frames, a slide and other equipment varied and lovingly. An integrated small game island located in the lake, can be reached either by rafting on ropes, a funicular, a play structure for rambling or through the shallow water. Football goals, a volleyball net, a ping-pong table and a basketball basket allow sports activities for young and old. For the trampoline with four large jump surfaces and the use of the mini golf course is to pay a small fee.

The large, back land offers plenty of space for children and space for adults. The house is quiet and offers good views over park, playground and the dunes.

Cancellation terms:

Appointments / Cancellation: A cancellation is possible up to 6 months before the start of the rental period upon payment of a processing fee of €25.00. After that, in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price will be charged; for cancellations less than 4 weeks but up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, 75% will be charged; and for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price will be charged. Taking out travel cancellation insurance, if required, is the responsibility of the tenant.
