This spacious holiday home is located directly by the sea and white sandy beach (approx. 150 m) of "Porto-Pinetto" PORTO-PINO in the south of SARDINIA. Very suitable for several families and groups, with a maximum occupancy of up to 18 people possible. The holiday home has 5 bedrooms with double beds, some of which are additionally equipped with bunk beds, so that a total of 18 sleeping places are available. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
On a living area of approx. 200 sqm over 2 levels are still available: 1 large living/dining room with integrated kitchen - 5 bathrooms with shower/toilet/bidet - 2 additional toilets - large garden with covered, furnished outdoor seating area with its own kitchen and sufficient chairs and barbecue fireplace. For the children, there is a swing and various toys available. 2 bicycles are available to guests free of charge for excursions. A second kitchen is available. The beautiful and large bay of PORTO-PINO is known for its size and spaciousness up to the meter-high white sand dunes and very popular with families with small children, because the shallow waters just invite you to swim. Recreational opportunities, cultural events and tours are offered throughout the area. Shops, bars and restaurants are open during the seasons directly in this bay - otherwise in the nearby village of "Santa Anna Arresi" (about 7 km). Water sports and windsurfing are ideal in this beautiful bay.
The capital CAGLIAR is about 90 km away. From OLBIA about hours and from ALGHERO about hours.
