Description
The 6-person bungalow Ereprijs 40 was newly built in 2023, is detached on a plot of just over 545 m2 and has a surrounding garden with a south-facing terrace, windbreak, barbecue and garden furniture. When the gate is closed, small children can play outside in a sheltered area without having to go out into the street. The house has a cosy living room with TV, satellite receiver and a radio. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob and oven. The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two with two single beds. In the bathroom you will find the shower, sink and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet. In the separate laundry room we have a washing machine and tumble dryer. Furthermore, a camp bed and a high chair are available at no extra cost. The bungalow is very well insulated, has central heating with heat pump and double glazing and is therefore very comfortable in winter. With our solar system we try to offer energy neutral comfortable accommodation to our guests. NOW WITH FEE-FREE Wi-Fi WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION.

Holiday park 'De Zandloper' is a quiet and spacious holiday park with many flats from private owners. Julianadorp aan Zee offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Holland. North Holland is known to have the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.

Here you are right!
We actually wanted to come much earlier. Unfortunately, this was questionable due to travel restrictions, so we wanted to cancel. The contact with Mr. Groen and Mrs. von Baal was smooth, customer-oriented, always friendly and nice! We found an alternative date together and even received money back because it was cheaper during that time. The contactless handover due to the Corona pandemic was no problem. The car could be parked under the extension, so it was no problem to bring the shopping into the house, even in the rain. The house is comfortably furnished, functional, and could be used easily after a brief inspection. Wi-Fi, perfect German satellite TV with all channels. The rooms are practical, and it is no problem to stay here with 6 people; after all, it is a holiday home and not a villa. Well, the double bed in the bedroom should be wider. 1.40m width is very narrow,
1 nightstand away and then a large one fits in, that's why 1 star deducted. After a short period of use and two showers, the last scent was also eliminated and the scent of freshly brewed coffee filled the room. Of course, if the house is not used, the siphon sags and it smells a little. Not a really big deal, I don't understand a previous review here either. Since the weather forecast was bad for our travel week, we left our dogs at home. A huge fenced property is available and perfect for dog owners. The perfect location, a short walk to the beach, down the street to the shopping center, everything is just here. Despite the very modest weather, my wife and I had a very cozy week in this great accommodation. We will definitely come back and check in with dogs in Julianadorp at Mr. Groen's place. Thank you very much Mr. Groen, thank you very much Mrs. van Baal, we were very happy here and had a nice time!

Wir haben in 2023 en ganz neuen Bungalow gebaut mit neuen betten, Möbel usw. fat alle ist neu, Grosser und frish.
Haustieren sind leider nicht mehr zugelassen in diesen neuen Bungalow

Impression of Ereprijs 40
We had the house for a week and had to process our shock after the arrival. The house is advertised on the internet for 6 people, and the number of beds is also available in the house. Furthermore, it is stated that 70 square meters are available. Since there was a measuring tape in the house and I somehow could not see the 70 square meters, I measured the rooms and thus came to 50 square meters of usable space in the house. The images on the Internet were surely taken by a top photographer with a great camera (panorama)
and therefore everything looks very spacious. We also assumed that. I imagine that if there are 6 people in the house and want to use the bathroom, it is only possible individually, since the movement space in the bathroom is 60 x 60 cm.
I don't even want to talk about the space on the toilet, there is also no picture on the Internet ! ! ! ! . Now I also imagine 6 people in the dining room, but maybe not. The mini kitchen is very tight, additionally, we noticed a foul odor that we tried to eliminate with vinegar containers. When the window was opened, it was fine. All other rooms are small but sufficient for sleeping. We were very lucky with the weather, so we were by the sea all day, if the weather had been bad, we wouldn't have been able to stand it in the house and would definitely have left. My rating corresponds to what I found.

IN 2023 haben wir ein ganz neuen bungalow auf diesen grundstuck gebaut.
Grosser, und alles neu eingerichtet. auch den umwelt zu liebe.
ganz gut isoliert. wärmepumpe heizung und Solar anlage.

Urlaub mit Hund
Handover and acceptance by the owner was warm and detailed. Location in a quiet holiday park almost directly by the beach. Shopping opportunities and various restaurants nearby. House well equipped with a large plot and completely fenced. Unusual for us was only the 1.40m wide double bed. We will book a house with the Groen family again.

Summer vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. Everything was clean and in good condition. Everything was shown and explained to us. The location of the house is very beautiful and not far from the beach access. Perfect for families with children or dogs. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to play. It's less than 5 minutes to the shops where you can find everything. You can easily explore everything with a bicycle. We will definitely come back. A big compliment to the owners who were very friendly. Many kind regards to the owners!

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Dear Groen Family,
