The house "Auf der Ostsee" was newly built in 2013 in the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz in solid construction and offers you luxurious comfort for holidays with up to 8 people.
The clever architecture allows you to always find a sheltered and sunny spot despite the proximity to the sea. On the two spacious terraces you will experience breathtaking views: The nature reserve with its numerous water birds, the ships sailing in and out of the mouth of the sluice, the skyline of the Danish island of Ærø or the beach life on the bathing beach, the harbour and the midday sun.
A spacious garden shed is available for storing bicycles, surfboards, etc. that you have brought with you. There are parking spaces for 2 cars in front of the house.

Spend your holiday with the whole family and/or friends - in our house you have enough space to enjoy the holiday with your loved ones.
There are four bedrooms with a total of eight sleeping places available, two of them with double beds and two with two single beds each. All bedrooms are equipped with real wood flooring and individually adjustable underfloor heating. The furnishings also invite you to feel good: real solid wood and high-quality mattresses ensure the best sleeping comfort. In addition, all rooms have their own access to the balcony.
Spending time together
The living room is comfortably furnished and offers a warm atmosphere for cosy get-togethers, games or home cinema evenings, not only thanks to the fireplace, even in bad weather.
There is a high-quality media centre with a 40-inch smart TV, Blu-ray player and two high-wattage hi-fi speakers. Via USB, you can play music, films and photos from your iPhone, iPad, iPod or USB device on the Media Center.
The modern kitchen is equipped exclusively with brand-name appliances. It is open plan and invites you to cook and chat together. The free-standing cooking block is arranged so that everyone can be part of the cooking team's activities - making cooking an experience!
Your wellness oasis
The house has two large bathrooms. The ground floor bathroom has a sauna with an unobstructed view of the Schlei. The ground-level shower with Raindance shower head makes showering with a view of the Baltic Sea the perfect start to the day! Towel dryers, modern sanitary objects and a pleasantly warm floor make the bathroom your private spa.
The bathroom on the upper floor also has a ground-level shower with a real glass shower partition. Large mirrors, lots of daylight and light colours reflect the vastness of the surroundings here.

The holiday home "Auf der Ostsee" is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. On the site of the former naval base, one of the most beautiful and exclusive holiday destinations in Northern Europe is currently being built here with a very special charm.
The Baltic Sea, the Schlei and the sailing harbour form a landscape that surrounds you with water all around. Enjoy the maritime flair directly from the spacious terrace and watch the ships arriving and departing. Watch the sun rise over the Baltic Sea in the morning and set over the Schlei in the evening!
Directly on the sea, directly on the beach
Do you love the beach? Then you have a choice: the northern Baltic Sea beach with its nature reserve borders directly on the property and offers you a first-class view of the surf, rare seabirds and the lighthouse.
Bathing fun as well as a fascinating area for fishing, paddling, rowing, surfing, kiting, sailing and stand-up paddling is offered by the southern beach, which is protected by piers less than 50 metres from the house. With its fine, shallow sand, the beach is particularly suitable for families.
Countless leisure activities
No matter whether you explore the cliffs on the Baltic Sea, the Schwansen manor houses or the Geltinger Birk with its free-roaming wild horses by bike. One thing is certain: you will be fascinated by the varied landscapes. Or take a fishing trip from Maasholm with experienced skippers who always know where the best fishing grounds are. A very special experience!
Nearby Kappeln offers a wide range of shopping opportunities and restaurants to suit every taste. The herring days, which are known far beyond the country's borders, are a highlight every year.
Great day trips
Outstanding opportunities for day trips with the whole family are offered by Legoland in southern Denmark and the Sea Life sea aquarium, as well as Hansa Park and Tolk Schau with their fast roller coasters and great leisure worlds for young and old.
